Because more blacks mean you get last more, logically the more last position you get means noob although realistically thats not the case and ppl dislike being labelled as a noob
Reason why ppl wants pro stats so that others will label them as pros |

So does that mean coming first in a 4 way with guests frequently give you a 'pro' status? Does that mean you're a good player? In my eyes, 100 blacks from versing good players > 100 gold from fishing guests, half tunes or FT people who aren't good. Oh I get labelled a noob, Then they see my VS grade. There's only one person in my city who has 7th grade and is higher than me so I'm not that fussed. |

It doesnt matter how you get pro status, what matters is ppl want pro status so they get to be called a pro. And also gold medals means you get auras faster than black ones |

Heres a point to ponder about pro/noob
If you're top in your area, generally that means everyone around you is - relatively - noob. How do you seperate out "beating noobs" as opposed to "beating pros" when everything is relative? So, stop arguing, get back to talking medals |

yeah pretty much. the gold medal doesn't say "you beat 3 good players" nor "you beat 3 guests" just ... you won a 4 player race. so it's not a really a measure of how good/bad you are rather how much money you're willing to pour into VS. Grade doesn't really say anything about player skill either. *CCC* who plays with me, has 7th Grade ace, whilst I'm on the end of 6th Grade pro; but the skill difference is huge, he is much better than me but he plays more often. Raj and WQNMB are both 2nd grade pro and 3rd grade pro respectively, but they are much more skilled than Winson and I. Its an example people should take on board to be honest, it wouldn't make sense when you switch cars from say, Winson's Evo 9 on 7th Grade ace with similar stats to mine, to his RX-8 which has twice as many blacks as bronze and silver combined and you automatically assume he's not a 'pro' just looking at his stats. |

Hardly never about pro/noob/skill, i get ppl calling my number of blacks disgusting, stats are bad and bla bla bla lol...
Anyway like i already said, realistically its not that case If i recall correctly theres a panda r32 with 9xx gold 9xx silver 9xx bronze and way pass a thousand blacks Thailand panda e9 has very much opposite stats, one that spells really pro stats with 1.4k gold and just a few hundred blacks but from what i heard both players skills differs vastly |

Thai Panda can barely hold his own when he plays in Malaysia.. So what if he has a Panda ? Doesn't say much when 80% of the players in Thailand are noobs.. Not to mention his stats.. When you look at it.. So obvious that either he's been fishing or he just bloody farmed his way to Lion which he alrdy has.. On the other hand there's a 9th grade Ace or Pro can't remember which from Malaysia.. That guy is what i call a real pro.. He grinded his way from bottom all the way to the top without fishing.. End of the day.. Who gives a f**k whether you have Lion or Hawk aura ?? All boils down to how much cash you're willing to fork out.. If you have the means.. You can bloody farm your way to Lion even if you have 2000 blacks or 2000 golds.. Just boils down to how fast you reach the end.. Medals just show how much time and effort you spent on battles.. That's all.. From your medal stats.. It's not fair to judge anyone on whether he/she is pro/noob.. You wanna judge ? Just VS the bloody panda and you'll know if he's really pro/noob.. In theory, someone could get to lion with purely blacks.
This reminded me of ID6 when anyone could get to level 99 by just spending away credits. Even losses in LOTS, VS, Tag VS gave you some points as a consolation. --- Anyway, here are current stats for my cars (except 2000GT, which I rarely use these days)... GC8  FD  R35  |
