Just a heads-up: Apparently, Mondays @ Funz are Double Dollar Days now for as long as the program lasts; relatively, Jungle Fun's been getting in on this and doing the same thing for holidays.

That was a pretty quick double dollar event, it lasted like what 2 or 3 weeks haha.
I don't even go to Fun Factory anymore unless I have to (to make/sell cards). How is the max tune scene locally at Pearls / Alas?

Fun Factory PearlRidge finally dropped the price of their WMMT to 6 tokens VIP / 7 tokens for Regular. Their IDAS5 is same price at MT now.

On a side note I will be hosting a SSF4 AE tourney on July 9th @ 4PM.

Not only has Funz/Ridge lowered the price of a single play to $1.50, they've eliminated the required second swipe for a single TA Metro run!

Heard there's a DX+ tourney at Ridge being planned, about 26nov11; entry fee is $5. Gonna try to find out more; will post details.

I have not heard or seen any signs for the tournament at PearlRidge.
I know I am not planning it so idk who else would do it. Only reason I am not planning any lately is because the machines are a complete mess compared to the other stores (broken shifters / wheels / chairs etc etc).

I think double dollar day is ThanksGiving Day again so better start saving money.

Bumping this old thread up, Kapolei Fun Factory is doing a TA challenge during the month of March.

Get the top TA times for C1 Outbound, New Belt Line CCW, Wangan Line and win a prize at the end of the month. You can get first place on all tracks and win a prize for each track! *I am pretty positive the prize will be tokens. It is 4 tokens a play there so its the cheapest outta all the Fun Factory's at least I think it is (everywhere else is 6 tokens a play). If this TA thing is successful they may make another one with different tracks maybe even the metro ones.
