  Based on popularity, it seems Lan Evos and STIs are the better as they have an advantage on C1. But, as it's been said before, cars are only half the story. It also depends on the driver, e.g. two people could have the same exact car, but differ in skill. Thus the one with better skill would win the race. I, honestly, have driven neither Evos or STIs, but have driven Skylines, Porsche, and Legacy (my main car).
