There's actually three Devil Z-centric designs. One Akio, one Kitami and one with BB, the third of which was the one I chose.

Nope. The Register New Car option is free of charge. They get back at players with the high price per game

Just clarifying, I'm not talking about transferring from 3DX+, I'm talking about creating a new car from scratch (for the MT4-exclusive cars).

Just select register new car after you scan your banapassport.

It's totally free of charge. The only cost would be the credit needed to start the game.

upon visiting the graveyard shift of Robinson's Ermita and finally got my z34 to level up to s5 and one more 10-outrun to go with few fun battles along the way with random people and managed to get 1st place all the way with my usual style with resorting to minor offensive tactics (blocking the opponent near the finish line

and managed to talk to DJSHY (the technician of TZ) and told me they managed to install WMMT4 at Trinoma yesterday morning....

P270 actually (1 swipe for credit and 5 swipes for card), and you'd have to buy it over at the MT4 machine.
