When i went for Ghost Battle, why weren't the Kings enabled? Makes me wonder...

My theory:

Because there's also an option to race the Ghosts from Japan, it'll mean The King will be a global scale competition; literally meaning #1 in the world.

And since that is disabled; I see no further reason as to why the Kings are disabled as well.

There's also the option to search your rivals by region and by code but seeing as the system isn't updated to support the codes of other regions and that there are loads of regions that haven't received their cabs of WMMT, I think they plan to unlock those features once all their cabinets have been set and ready.

How hard is the Story Mode? I heard it's MT2-asshard, which is fine with me (since I started playing MT at, of all series, 2). But I don't wanna get caught surprised by the buttsecks corners.

Any stages and their particular areas I should look out for?

It's best to look out for all stages as the mercy rule doesn't kick in until 1.5km left and only lasts until 1.0km left. So yeah, it's nearly MT2-asshard, but still manageable.

Oh, and the safest HP's (imo) you can use is 720 - 760.

The BOOST! THE DAMN BOOST! For me, it's a lot harder than 3- to DX+.

Mercy rule is barely visible. As they only slow down by 1m every 3 seconds. and Stage 57 is one of those that you should watch out for. You'll see what I mean when I upload the ROAD TO 830 video.

I even tackle Osaka at 720-740, it's a little bit odd... I think i've been hit with that i'd like to call the "3DX+ Syndrome", you take the courses at the same HP as you would in DX+..

When would be the earliest time that you can upload the videos? I'm planning to go play at 28/29 (cosplay convention at Megamall FTW), and I'll be needing all the help I can get.

sadly, all those bad habits are retained with the mediocre-veteran members who think they are hot-stuff.

I see people wheel slamming when it's not necessary, ramming and not ramming / taking on Hakone "like a pro" in their context, and those people LITERALLY DESTROYING the hell out of the start button and the view change button; not realizing that stupid glitch no longer exists.

At this rate, especially in G4, I expect at least 1 cab to break down early due to abuse.

This is weird but I think the game adjusts the difficulty of story 58 depending on your rank.

When I approached that curve on my new RUF, blackbird was 110m behind. Even if you crashed you could still win with that kind of advantage.
