i played the first 5 chapters of the story mode on my quest to get the "Undefeated Highway Dominator" title for my S30...

i finally got the title i want for my CT9A...."The Yokohane Knight"

my current goal:

1. Get the Undefeated Highway Dominator title of The Legenday Mistress title

2. Get to 5,000km's to get my green aura

3. Get all dress ups for my CT9A and BNR34

4-way battles galore today...
Man that was fun...alot of people are gathering around us to watch the battles...
Usually ppl would rather watch some fake ID 'Drifting' for some reason...

Well...I sat down with 2 credits and stayed on for 7 matches...
I lost my 1st credit on the 1st battles but went on a 5-1 streak...

got to chapter 43 with the 350Z..

Then I started a new card after being told the car was shitty and heavy.

Now I'm working on an EVO V and it seems to be helping quite a bit, it has alot more grip and handles much better than the 350Z, also having a 5spd helps.

With the help of MaxX, I'm up to chapter 21 with the EVO after the first day. We may go to Shopper's World tomorrow to play so I'll see what chapter I'll be on after that.

Just my two cents worth on your Z33... Keep on upgrading it. From what I know, the car is GOOD. It may have it's quirks (which car doesn't?) but it's sure as hell fast - it can keep up and even beat a Supra on the straights and has decent handling a well.

Played 2 games today 1st one was Jetzt R2 @800HP/DG vs SID bnr32 800HP/D, Wangan Line, had most of the way, hit a few curves, passes me got in his slipstream 4th gear acceling passing him 5th gear perfect shift, im blocking him, curve downshift to 4th, hit curb, 3rd, shift to 4th getting in the slip, catching up 1km to go, on his tail -2m bnr32 wins.

was your first game a pvp race? and if so did you have boost on or off, as from what i've read there's no slipstream in WMMT only boost, which sucks, cos i thought the idea of slipstream is awesom, and should be added to MT4

I appreciate the advice but to me the handling is a little sketchy, I hit the walls alot more frequently and have a much harder time stabilizing the Fairlady. I'm sure it's alot to do with the fact that it's FWD. I know it's a fast car but my biggest weakness so far are hard turns and the EVO is definately helping. I have a much easier time stabilizing it.
And of course because it's 5SPD I don't have to worry about shifting as much and I can focus on improving my tight turns.

That isn't to say I won't ever continue with the Fairlady, I might in a little bit when I get more comfortable. But for now I'll keep the 350Z on the sidelines as I learn with the Evo and get good enough to start PVP/fully tune my card.

No problem with the Evo. I'm an Evo8 rider myself, btw. Just go with what you're most comfortable with. All I'm saying is that I tried the Z33 and it's definitely one of the better cars out there on Wangan.

i've had a lot of close-call wins (and loses) today.

i won a stage in story mode by 5m
i broke my "winning" streak on story mode because i lost by 0m #$%@#^@!!!!

then i lost to my friend's ghost on hakone by 2m. THREE times.

although i kinda wanted the Wangan Emperor title also...but the instant killer title is just bad ass

i had fun battling yesterday. beat my friend a lot since he kept battling me which saved me some money.
also battled some other people, did some major blocking to win
oh, and i got blue underglow now, almost done with dressup for AERo*

Ohh right, yeah. I was told that by one person, and then i heard FWD from somebody else and it registered in my head as that.

Anyways....

The Evo V data CORRUPT. I went to play at Shopper's World with MaxX today to keep on tuning it and my card doesn't read. I spent 20 mins being really emo about it and put a few bucks on the Z33, putting myself at chapter 48. However I wanted to continue with an Evo but refused to spend another $25 starting it up so I took one of MaxX's Evo VI discards and started that one up. I like the V a little better but I still like the Evo VI, I can definately live with it.

Weird thing is, the freaking card has been in my wallet the whole time with the other cards, and it happened to be the one to somehow become corrupt.

it was boost on that time.. I know its stupid to put it on but the R2 dont accel as fast with out it. Ill do ghost mode to get aero mirriors on aero set C + carbon fiber hood to reduce weight. Full Metal isnt working.

Got two new cars:
Toyota MR2 GT-S/SW20 - just played the first 5 chapters of Story Mode since it's not a priority card for me.
Toyota Corolla/ZZE124 - played Story Mode till Chapter 40. I even surprised myself by the fact that I've not lost any race with this car yet.

Had a game a little bit over 1 week ago.

So there I was, a driving partner and me. We came to an arcade (TZ SM San Lazaro) at about 4 pm. There was a trio of WMMT3 hogs who just kept on playing and playing there like there was no tomorrow! One of them returns to the token booth to buy more tokens whenever they run out, leaving the 2 dorks hogging the 2 machines (there were only 2 machines at the said arcade). Though we were loitering around them, giving them the sign that we were going impatient, me, my partner and other "aspiring" players kept our cool and decided to play other games while we wait.

..but we waited for a bit over 2 FREGGIN' HOURS! Jeebus!

Once me and my partner got to the machines we beat the crap out of their ghosts and left a ghost battle which (hopefully) they wouldn't be able to beat, given that they don't resort to their VERY VERY dirty way of driving (ramming, excessive blocking, shoving opponents into the walls).

I might check out the place a week from now, just to check if the 3 dorks were able to kill our ghosts, hehe..

Oh well... i haven't played WMMT quite a long time now... i'm quite stuck racing simulator games with Battle Gear again... sorry to spoil the fun of the forum here... but i just got unsatisfied with WMMT... well, because i've reached my limit... i couldn't reach another class, and im stuck with class-C... so sad... it sucks too... i guess im not really good at WMMT... but im happy to excel with Battle Gear anyway... I guess, I really couldn't get the tricks playing genuine-arcade-style-only racing games...

got my 810 tune on my GDb-F. just a little more and ill FT it already.

i battled an evo6 on the wangan straight(the wangan straight with no red turns) with my r2, and boost off. my ladybug is struggling for speed!!!! lost that game. but i won th next two games on osaka.

i was trying to break the machine's TA record for wangan when 2 boys came and challange me, 1 boys came later. battling on hanshin and hakone for 7 times in a row.

damn, they keep bumping on me, my style changed to wild

i'm on my highest level yet B5 for my s30...to think about it i'm kinda scared and accomplished the same time

i'm one of the highest ranked guys at my arcade but it comes with a price...more traffic for me when it comes to races

This just in:
Finished tuning my Corolla/ZZE124 to 820HP on a machine at SM Megmall Timezone. Since I put in extra credits that were more than enough to complete the Story Mode, I played one Ghost Battle, and took my chances against a non-computer Lvl10 Ghost Car at the Wangan Line - result was a victory so my car is now equipped with Aero Parts A. Admittedly this car is my first one to have zero losses since I started playing it. Hope my winning streak with it continues

It was in my wallet along with my other two cards in the same pocket the whole time. And the other two are fine!!
