Need to know how to improve D:

1. Grow balls and get close to walls
2. Dont pussy out and use the brake
3. Don't use the brake unless it is 100% necessary. You can usually get away with an early gas off before the turn or a wall tap.
4. Use 740hp or 760hp. I got a 43 with both
5. Fix your first sector. It should be below 1:15

By the way, this machine I'm using always resets the TA after each day. So, it's around 4'38 best time on other machines.

That's what i was told when i was learning the track and i now have a 43.

I brake probably 4-6 times tops. Otherwise i gas off.

But yeah, having the balls to actually get close to a wall is hard. You'll understand it sooner or later. You may think that you are close, but really you arent close enough yet.

In the first sector you should breeze through the whole thing in 5th. You only brake once i think and thats on the red left hairpin around halfway through the sector. The rest is just throttle control.

Been working on running in a smoother line, on NBLCW, but I seem to be having trouble not taping walls on the second half of the course.

And I've been trying to finish up outrun on hakone, but I can't seem to catch up to Akio on the 10th level; better tune down to 800, instead of 815, next time.

OMFG WTF. How'd you manage that in a GTR. I struggle to get a 3:03.9 in mine. It's soo big and i always clip that last turn in the second sector.

As I said. nothing fancy. clean run, safe lines far from wall.

I didn't get close to the wall as I usually does with my other cars because I know I'll slip and smash into the damn wall

But still, that's really good.

I wish i could get that in a GTR.

today was pretty funny, playing with a friend against some kid who kept challenging us with fresh renames (he literally just renamed the card when he vs'd us) FD and RX8. so much 90 degree blocking and ramming, and i pushed like every car/van i could for almost 2km and this kid was raging it hard.

yes hats off you for pulling that sort of timing of that course with a specV.
cos i play arnd with one too and nope its impossible for me to go any where near that time.
