Some guy ended my 9 win streak today. It was really f**king annoying but fun at the same time. I was blocking him, and two other guys in the last 1km. I managed to push one car into another, then they both hit a truck. Then i rammed the other guy into a wall and he raged and just let go of his steering wheel. When i rammed him i almost hit a van so i had to swerve, slow down and squeeze between a truck and a wall. Even though the other guy let go of his steering wheel, he didnt let go of the gas pedal and he somehow managed to drive in a straight line and spear a truck. That truck was the same one i was next to so i got squashed in the wall. The guy who speared the truck won. I lost with................................................................................27M LEFT.. WHAT THE HELL.

Yesterday, swapped the JS+M's for TCII's on my R32. Not much of a difference so far. It's in gold so with the current car color (which is blue), it may look a bit obnoxious, but the car's next renew color is yellow so it's a good preparation lol. Unlocked Shotguns for my R33 but meh.

A teammate and good friend batted this guy who used to pick on me. He was being a dick to my teammates too. Friend always won too. Fukuoka and Hakone. By a laarge margin. I joined then for an Osaka and C1 match but we still won. I settled for second place lol. The fag was still way off for like 600+ meters. Noob.

After that, my team had some fun. We 2v2 tag team match. My pair is the one that battled the prick. First was Fukuoka. I was last but my mate won. Second was C1. Settled for 2nd but was close. I almost fell to 3rd, although still a sure win for my mate.

And bought a D1GP ORC Z33 from a store. Yeah.

not today, but 2 weeks ago, played, and realised,
dayum, the excitement is just not there anymore.
so I decided to retire biggrin.gif

I must say I'm happy to be able to finally retire, I thought this game is gonna drain my money forever D:
did not feel any regret wasting all that money, its definitely a good game.

will most likely play again when MT4 comes out XD

Renewed my 370.
Hory jeebus, I just realized how heavy it is.
With watanabe's as the rims(8 spoke), it's even heavier.
Usually at the start of C1 (In or out) you can ram the person left of you and get 1st instantly before it branches off to new belt, but when I was pushed, they didn't even budge the car. (One person used an R34)
I need to do extensive research on all the parts for this baby.
And one funny thing is that it's white and heavy, l0lwut

Also, I've been experimenting 740 on Osaka, pretty darn fun. Gonna try 720 next time.

After being away for 12 days... I went back to spectate battles during my work break... I was disgusted with the many noobs with Full tuned cards they have... swearing at each other, doing 3 on 1's... and which actually made me laugh inside - me ultimo ragers.

One who had a renamed R34 raged intensely after losing at Osaka; I believe that's his practice course. He placed last, raged hard, stood up as if he needs to go to the toilet and I think ranted to himself.

When I got fed up of watching noobs race and beat each other... I took out some change; luckily I found $2 on my pocket, loaded up, and challenged 2 of them... (the noob team that is to be described some other time, already left)

I saw them run hakone and how poor their run was; hence I chose Hakone when I raced them. I obliterated them by 600 meters. And they were all 820 already. If I recall correctly, my 1-way run (half of the time attack) down Hakone was 2'35 on that battle race - inbound. Dunno if it's good enough.

Used my free game on a simple ghost battle and left like a boss. They played again but didn't challenge me on the 2nd one. I didn't say anything. I hope to race that other team though (their leader per se was using an Aero A, GT-winged Z33)

Once I get my cards to 825, I'm retiring as well and sell my cards as merchandise for my series.

Yeah, sorry. Didnt realise it was TA.

I hate battling on hakone against people with bad lines. Even though i can set good hakone times ( 4:42 ), i sometimes have problems overtaking people who have bad lines because she crash out a lot and hog the road and randomly spear you into walls.

@GT,
what's annoying about battling people with bad line is they will slam into you when you make the roundabout in hakone

Well concerning bad Hakone lines, the best is to pull away at the very start and just watch them fight it out from afar while treating your own as a time attack.

ANd @Riou, I hated that as well. One of the guys I raced when I just got off the roundabout intentionally rammed me. I saw him come from the left (my vision) and swerved to the right where I was and pinned me to a wall. I was aiming for a 2"32 but thanks to that Jerk it went to a late 2'35. sad.gif

And racing an entire team with bad lines is even worse.

It's fun when there's no one with a decent line tailing you. but when there's one or even 2 and you slam into the dumbass at the back, then you're screwed smile.gif

My tricks for hakone are ( hypothetically speaking if it is a two way ):

Outbound -

1. If my lead is good just play.
2. At the end, if i have less than a 20m lead in the last km i will drop back until i am 5m behind and try to ram them into a corner. If that fails, on the last turn i wait for them to turn them take their inside and cushion off of them and block.

Inbound -

1. Take an early lead by turning infront of their car at the start then just get away.
2. If i have a short lead in the last 1.5km then i drop back and stalk them until the third last turn. ( Long left hand turn ). Then i either cushion off of them then purposely crash on the corners of the next two turns to block them off, or i intentionally wall tap on the yellow barrier thing on the wall and i follow their outside while pushing them to the left ( When you tap the wall like this you actually exit faster than turning normally if you do it right ).

Those work everytime smile.gif

IT WAS A LEGACY I SWE- oh. laugh.gif

You can do Fukuoka in the 700-740 range. It seems that the more grip you have, the better your car will take corners. Even if they're long, sweeping ones. confused.gif

The "high gear trick" works best on a few corners though, especially the long right one after one of the "semi-circle" turns and the part before the chicane which is after the hairpin (which is after the straight which is after the really banked corner). So much for being overly descriptive laugh.gif Anyway I noticed that attacking some of the corners in the highest gear possible (5th gear in your case, since that car only has 5 gears) would make your car "stick" to the racing line instead of letting it slide off to the outside. Trust me, when used at the right corners, it will do wonders.

What he's talking about is no gear trick. It is common sense and how you play the game. Pretty much stay in your highest gear, then change at the end of the turn...You do that on all turns which require gear changes.

When i run fuku i dont bother changing gears unless my speed drops below 272. Anything over that and i dont both with gears because it's not needed really.

It's what my mates taught me. I have a crap TA time in Fukuoka because I rarely TA. But I have a 90% win rate in Fuku battles, not boasting. wink2.gif
