Coins don't count for shit. Wins are the only things that count. Otherwise it would be too easy to level up. |

it's my first time to play outrun mode and so far i've completed hanshin loop level 1 with an "S". if i complete all levels of the hanshin loop (assuming i didn't get an "S" in all levels but still completed) will i level up from b4 to b3 or s9?
and one more thing... is it possible to jump rank from c1 to S9? |

You HAVE to get S rank for all to rank up. And there is no way to jump rank just like that, you have to rank up one by one. |

I think this info is wrong for the part which says you get a rank up for 15 stories completed. I've completed 60 stories but i'm at c4. If its according to this, i should be c3 which isn't the case. |
