Many kids bought renameable MT4 card and later re-sell MT4 to friends..
But the Serial numbers at the MT4 cannot be re-registered again in
internet, as 1st MT4 owner already got BanaID login and password(registered). Beware, 1st owner is able to lock and migrate data to new MT4.

The car name = cannot change.. But, the 1st owner can always said, I like this car name and I want this car name iin my car.. Change car dressing too.

Hello guys. New member here. I've been playing since MT2. Finished about 3~5 (I can't remember) story mode loops years ago with my R32 and Evo8. When MT3 first came out, I transferred my card and spend the first few months playing it until I got a study offer. I left my cards at home and sadly there's been a break-in at my house and my cards were among the stolen items. I have no heart to play anymore at that time.

Now I'm seeing all the hype on MT4 and it makes me feel like I want to start playing again. I'm thinking of starting with the Corvette C3. I want to ask opinions from senior players here.

1. Will there be a lot difference in using 4-speed transmission compared to 5-speed and 6-speed ones? Will it lack acceleration?
2. Is this car worth the time and money investment in the long run?

Hmm... hmm... from what I've heard~ Corvette is like a sister/brother to the
Fairladies (Z34/Z33) and GTRs. Fast~ incredibly fast but a little on the wild side
in terms of cornering... //Personally I don't own a corvette... Its nice to look
at from the side but from the back~ ahahaha...

I quite like the CTR and RGT if you'd like to try one of the new cars in MT4.
I own both of them. They're not easy to drive and boring like the EVOVIII and
EVOIX. But they're not slow and sluggish either. :> And on the plus side at full
tune they don't have an annoying high pitched engine ^^.

I could probably say the same about the Corvette ZR1. I only watched other players play it though. Never tried a FT'ed one myself. The dress up parts are also cool looking. I haven't seen anyone in my area play the C3. My only concern of it is whether the 4-speed transmission can keep up in races, especially VS.

I feel like using 4-speed for a change as I have been using 6-speed and 5-speed cars in the past. So I'm wondering if a FT'ed 4-speed cars are as good as other non 4-speed ones.

Thank you for your input on RUF. I might try them someday. As for now, I'll just stand by and watch as people trying their best to create their own version of Blackbird.

The svx is a 4 speed that has been massively improved in mt4...

Its top speed and acceleration can contend with the r35... And sad to say... Is better than my supra now =(

As for battles... Why worry... Boost is strong enough that any car can win...

Hell i keep some cars non full tuned for battles... Lol

You made good point about the boost. I totally forgot about that. But are they reliable? Is there a point where the boost will stop working (e.g. final 1000 metres)?

boost never "stops working"... its always there

you can have 40hp less and still manage to keep pace....

Hmm. It's very unlikely I might find someone who has discards of the Corvette C3 in my area anytime soon. Do dress-up parts really affect performance?

mt4 discards work for any car

no dressup doesnt do anything

well discards in MT4 are general.

as in, 1 discard can get you 1 600hp car of your choice (say, the C3 Vette) regardless of the car the discard came from

Wow Dare you sure have fast hands. Okay guys, another question. What are the differences between the R35 and the R35 SpecV? I've seen videos in YouTube showing a wingless R35V model. Or does R35V come as wingless? I'm confused.

Personally, I don't find a difference between the two

some people say the V is slightly faster - which will have an impact only if you're doing high level time attacks...

i think there's no point having hacked wingless R35. as soon as they update the patch, hacked cars are reset to its original state back (like R35V all hacked parts are restored to normal R35V) i got a friend who bought one hacked R35 and he transferred them to MT4 before Rev 1.03, after the update released the car became normal back, just wasted his money buying ordinary R35V

but i'm not sure about the hacked-meter car (like Evo 9, KPGC10 having Racing Meter) will those meter gone after the update? i have a KPGC10 with racing meter given by my friend, hope that the meter still exist after the update
