QUOTE (H2O @ 3 minutes, 53 seconds ago)
i find my s15 an evo killer

Evos, especially VIII/IX are better than the S15. but S15 can easily keep up with them and stay with them in a boost on battle, and i find the S15 more agile than any evo, due to the slide.

Light to midweight. Not exactly light like the FD and MR2 but not exactly midweight like the Evos.

what geo said....not THAT light like MR2 or FD, but not really a midweight like Evos. but its closer to the evo weightclass than it is to the FD/MR2 weightclass.

Yea...

This is one of the few coupe-type FR machines with 4-cylinders. With small emissions volume, it can be a little weak in the battle of peak power. But, it is one of the lightest FR machines in this game, which lets you compete with other heavy-class FR cars.

Have you ever tried to use it? Have you even thought about proper experience rather than someone having typed something up based on what is probably wiki-information? No. Simply, experience>random information just like driver>car.

okay, guys. I was told that this is the "fastest DU" for a "z34 with 825HP" going in a "straight line"

aero: aero a
spoiler: wingless
bonnet: cf hood
mirrors: aero mirrors
rims: 3 spokes

i have two questions.
why aero a and not stock?

for rims, i heard that the lightest rims will help you achieve highest top-speed.
are 3 spokes the lightest?

please justify.

ew you had copied that post at the z thread too ryt?

as for du, put which you think the best for you
example: for me, i dont like wingless because the car will get more slidy at the first turn on wangan ta and it decreases my exit speed a lot. so i put a 3d wing instead to stable the car
my feeling about z34 may be different from your feeling

anyway, you can ask the other for recommended setup, and experiencing them yourself which suits you the best wink2.gif

for lightest rims i heard its te37 pinch2.gif pinch2.gif

i posted the given setup above...

if you want speed then you have to give up some grip. and vice versa. the given setup is super light and slippery. it's all about driving style

according to our experiences:

aero a ---> lightest and the "speed" kit
aero b ---> balanced and a bit heavier than stock (according to rb33)
aero c ---> grip and heavy kit good for battles
stock ---> well you know how it feels right?

3 spokes is a wheel to be considered if your going for speed. it is also the most slippery
i think cyclone is next to dat.

wing chart:
wingless<car type<stock<str8<3d

Honestly, while DU might affect the feel of the car, it won't mess up your Wangan speed to such a point where your TA times will be affected by seconds.

So just drive and go with what you think is fastest.

And 3 spokes actually ain't that good on the Z34, IMO

You've tried a Z34 with aero A on? It's grippy compared to the others.

Matz,

this is my current setup.

aero: aero a
spoiler: wingless
bonnet: cf hood
mirrors: aero mirrors
rims: tcIIs

i do not get your wingchart. wingless = max top-speed, right?

also, for rims, geo told me that they do not affect top-speed, but affect grip, acceleration, and sliding abilities. in that case, i would want to know which rims provide most acceleration?
