r33: (to-be-experimented setup)

aero a/stock aero
cf hood
te37/rcII/rgII
stock mirrors
wingless

i can't tell my friend to revive his r33 just to serve as a straight-line vehicle only... he wants it to be a can-do-anything car like evo... so i'm having a problem on how to make a setup that would enable him to drive it easily it @ hakone, c1... he's no noob so i respect him a lot too.

Really depends what you mean by "do anything." It's not great in TA, but it slaughters in battle. I'm quite happy with my setup, but obby uses three spokes (and wingless?) and he says it works just as well. It just depends how accustomed you are to driving heavy cars.

mad.gif Aero C FTW!!!

im gonna have to agree with this guy, aero c is the most battle ready aero kit out of the 4 (A, B, C including stock). but each person has their own driving style, therefore the person might not need a "battle ready" setup to do well in battle. i mean i do just fine in battle with a stock aero FD, and everyone knows how light that shit is.

Hey guys. Could you please help me out? I am trying to find a nice setup for my S15. I dont mind it being a bit slippery. Im currently using a AeroC, GT Wing (Im changing this to Straight for the time being) and Cyclones. Help please?

I see. OK I might try that. I just thought of this set up and i wonder how it would perform:

Aero A
Straight
Aero Mirrors
Duct Hood (Normal)
Cyclone

Can someone please help me try that out? Thx. smile.gif
