The Fuga is unique in one way.......... It's the only car in the game so far that has a 7-speed transmission! Though it only shows gears 2 to 7.......

I've never seen anyone here tuning one. I wonder why....... Maybe it's similar to the Skyline Coupe?

For all intents and purposes, the fuga works exactly like a 6 speed.

Question for you guys: So to my understanding the 180sx in 3DX+ was type II aka had a black bumper line on the side of the car. However in WMMT4 the 180sx offered is type III aka no black line and clean sides. Question if I transfer a 180sx type II from 3DX+ to 4 does the rubber molding on the sides go away? AKA only renders type III style?

As a 180sx user... Transfering a type 2 180sx... to mt4.. it becomes a Type 3 straight away.. and it is rendered as a type 3

This actually makes me wonder..... Is there any difference or differences between the Fuga and Skyline Coupe?

Cause they look the same, their meters are also similar, and the last part of their model names (370GT Type S to be specific) are all similar!

the 370GT Type S is one of the similarity...you may also think in this way

think of the Skyline just the same way as R32 and R34

and a Fuga, the similarly counterpart as R33, or to be, a Crown or Celsior..haha

the engine is the same as 370Z/Z34, the CKV36 & Fuga is more like an analogy of siblings

Z34: attractive sister
CKV36: normal sized brother
Fuga: big/tall and chubby brother laugh2.gif

basically I have those 3 in my garage whistling.gif , and vash, you have these 3 models too??

and if we want to get one more bigger-sized sibling used the same engine laugh2.gif, I would make it to the NV350 laugh2.gif if there is a engine transplant here laugh2.gif

Well my Z34 was told to be grippy by vash and a guy on fb.
So it makes my z34 an attractive grippy fair lady.

Hey so I drive a Nissan Skyline GT-R and at the moment I have a set of Watanabe Eight Spoke (I think) on it, so I was wondering; ultimately, which wheels would be the best to optimise my vehicles performance? And so I can actually learn, why would those wheels be better? Obviously I will have to work my way to achieve them but I was curious for some answers.

Which iteration of the Skyline do you own? R32, R33 or R34?

I use Rays Gramlights 57Accelerate on my R32, and it works wonders! I also use Enkei JS+M on my R34.

Oh, and we have a Skyline thread here.

dress parts does not give you extra grip or speed advantage just for aesthetic purposes as stated from namco devs,

my advise is to use what your car's strong point and use it to your fullest along with your current skill and learn from the local pro players from their strategies to be on par with them

I already knew there was no in-game advantage to the dress parts but I wasn't sure about the wheels because the way they're described on the WMMT4 site makes it sound like there is, but if there isn't, then there isn't.

I have neither, it's the first generation model. Also, thanks for the heads up on the GT-R thread!

I did drive a Hakosuka back in the days of 3DX+, it was so light, like handling an MX-5 or R2! It was my friend's.

Never tuned one as I don't like the feeling of driving "classic" cars.

Okay, that's cool. Thanks for trying to help anyway.

Yeah, I'm a big sucker for classic cars, hahahaha.

Nothing at the moment. I only started playing a week ago and this is my first car, so I'm extremely new to all this, hahahaha.
