@ kenji: so your saying, no matter what and how much i beat that same GDB-C top ghost with my MR2 today by +200m!?... my top ghost will STILL lose...!?

im wondering.... is EVERYONE a weak ghost where i live then? seems that one after another, there is always a new top player........ its just the bs boost....

no way an 820 R33 on New Belt onward to wangan can get caught by a 760 R32. especially when the person in the R33 is going a perfect line.

yer its wierd... I dunno all about this ghost thing, but they try and make it a challenge all the time.

I think that the Crown titles are just for show anyways... I mean, I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only person to burn a bunch of credits on one person. Sides, with the boost and all, racing the computer even if its the other person's run isn't as thrilling since the only person with pressure is you.

I only say that since the Hakone, Osaka, and Wangan titles seem to change very frequently in my area.

Im looking at maybe getting a gdb-c, gdb-f or a gc8 someday... dun know when... mayb when I finish my s30z, e9 and r32. So what is the recommended impreza that I try out. Cos By then I think I would be pretty experience and I may want another challenge. I heard the gc8 is quite nice. I also still remember the gdb-c kid. LOL he kicked ass with his... so I am very tempted to try that out... but I heard it is similar to an evo9. So there is really no point is there. maybe gc8?

errr regarding my last post, i was talking about RWD "feeling" of R32, I know actual R32 are not RWD
and regarding R2 handling, I haven't even actually finish it's basic tuning yet, my opinion was based on R2 official TA car.

o ok. Thanks for clearing that up LD. lol i see you havnt got the full feel of the r2 yet. Have you done any ghost vs? It would be a good time to unlock what you want now. It is easier now that later to get the top lvl 31 to 46 stuff. As the cars are easier right now.

If ya want a challange, the GC8 isnt a top tier car, but a pretty good car in its own right lol...just stay away from aero kit B and C LMAO

The GDB series are a bit too top tier and used too much, gdb-fs are running rampant cuz of their performance..

Im sure people will fish ya in the GC8...isnt that a bonus? lmao happens to me ALL the time...

no I have found out the e9 is lik the gdbc and e8 is lik the gdbf. And I know that cos I hav watched a gdbf v gdbc v e9 v e8 before. Damn it was funny. All 760HP on Hakone. Fairly similar setups and the e8 is also infront fighting with the gdbf winning on turns, while the e9 and gdbc are winning on the straights and its really funny. Cos it was a close race but at the end the e8 won by a tiny 2 metres.

New to the game?
The boost grows stronger day by day or plays after plays if someone thrown in loads of credits.

@Death_B2KSJ If you insist to make a new car, the GC8 isn't a bad choice. With the right settings, it can be a ram resistant car...

Personally, I will suggest you not to make any new cars. The reason is except your Supra, none of your cars has even touched 1,000 km...

lol I know but I bet I can make my s30z and GTO do that. I dun really care about my r32 and e9 much. I may do that later. Im just thinkin about get a new car... not really want one yet. I already said before I may just do it AFTER i hav fully done up my s30z, r32 and e9. Which will take awhile. So I guess end of this year or next year.

Yeah, full tune at least one of your cars and then consider about making another one. Two of mine are already full tune with one more car 7 stages away from being number three. GDB-C and GDB-F are both good cars and behave in a similar fashion where as the GC8 is somewhat different in terms of handling and the unique acceleration of a 6-speed transmission. But which ever one you choose, make sure you full tune it, otherwise, you're not seeing the potential of what it can do.

ok ok... I will finish my GTO storyline after I am done with my s30z and finished with it. Then I still have to play with my e9 and r32.... *sigh* no new cars for me yet....

Which courses are the best choice for any of the subarus?

I assume the GC8 is best at Hakone, possibly C1 & NBL and to a lesser extent, Osaka..

Im not sure about the GDB-F/C nor the Legacy...

R2 would pwn in Hakone and possibly c1 too...but more so Hakone..

Just going on what im gathering from the forum? Can any1 help?

GDB-F is godly for Osaka. GC8 i'm guessing would be good for Hakone (5 gear ftw). Everything else is a tie between GDB-C/F. Although we won't know for sure until people start pushing the Subies like the Evo 8.

@fknazn - LOL do you know where the stig is from???? and gc8 would do good on any place that my s30z do good on. I think hakone is 1, osaka is a mayb, c1 would b awesome, just take the curvy roads and yokohane. I love those maps with my newly modded s30z.

wow is that yours? I cant wait to fully tune out my s30z and beat the kings at my place! It will rock! Right now there is lik only 1 subaru being a king. I think it is for osaka.
