@Stavingo
I'm mostly having trouble with the red corners of Osaka (THE most bandwagoned course in the country), Yaesu in general (everyone that sees me play in this course will bandwagon this course when fighting me), and the red left corner in the C1/NBL branch.

Well most red corners I know of, at least for the courses you talk about has to do with braking + shifting down at the right time.

Hard combo to master though.

When do you shift up/down ? For me i shift to 2nd gear if car is below 120 KM/H, 3rd gear if car is below 180 KM/H, 4th gear if car is below 240 KM/H, and 5th if car is above 300 KM/H.

For my 5-gear cars in all courses except Hakone, I shift from 2 to 3 at 180km/h. I then shift normally for all the other gears.

Stay on gear, even if they shift.
The idea is shift after they shift after a while.
Your less gears, you're faster and heavier in that regard.
Only issue is higher speed accel control but dont fear it.

5 gear is stronger and control it.
6 gears is paced and easier to control.

Use that knowledge wisely.

After completing loop 20 of story mode with my R32, I decided to make it look like the Auto Gallery R32, shown here.

When I got it in 3DX+, it was on loop 19. Then I transferred it over to MT4 and did those 6 chapters to get the yellow meter.

It had quite a history. It was originally an MT3 DEVIL rename, and I had to go to an arcade which had 3DX back in the days of 3DX+. Those machines had no cards, but when I found a cabinet that I thought had cards, I transferred it over, but there was a problem when doing so. So I contacted the arcade staff to restore the card data to the card I used. Then I did those 20 chapters without losing to get the onion meter.

Then I transferred it over to 3DX+ and named it what it is today.

I have a question.

I have a gtr32 but everytime I challenge my cousin on a battle in osaka, I can't manage to keep up with his car during cornering. His car is a rx7. It's like a train on its rails whenever that car is tackling the corners, and I can't keep up with that.

What is the best setup for gtr32 for ir to be a balanced machine on highspeed and cornering?

bodykit
rims
spoiler

I need help. I can just keep up on the high speed section of the osaka course. While his rx7's corner entry speed and cornering speed is just too far from my gtr32.

Dressup has no effect on your car's performance whatsoever. The RX-7 FD is one of the best cornering machines in the game but it's not going to outrun your R32 because of handicap boost in VS battles. In Osaka you want to be using 760HP/D.

There's no best setting.

If you want I can share my setting:

Aero C
Rays Gramlights 57A rims

And that's it. Every other part is stock, except the stickers, neons and number plate frame.

Haio, I'm proud to be part of the GT-R group.

I have R35 as my main car since I started in MT4. As soon as I step in the world of MT, mostly everyone uses skylines based on their preferences.

I also do have R33 and R34 in one of my cards but R35 is my one and only main car in the game.

Why not use an R32? It's my main car.

As for the R35, one can dream of having the GT-R NISMO in there.....

Heh, R32 the legendary godzilla that beats all with the right hands. I would have the R32 but I never even drive that car before.

Besides, if the future updates of the game would introduce the NISMO Variant for the R35 as another cheat code or something would be nice. Yeh, I'll keep dreaming of having to drive the GT-R NISMO no worry smile.gif

I would personally use my R35 for all purposes except ghost battles cos no point for that. I may have gone used to the R35 back in the day. In fact, I like the R35 and it's always with me. wink2.gif

Looks like you lack experience in the game, play more and watch time attack videos to see an idea of when to brake/accel control. Also dress up has no effect, just use Aero C or normal cause they're simple in design.

TL;DR you're lacking fundamental cornering skills, keep going at it (and don't full throttle corners.)

Interesting discovery:

I found that in the game's code for 3DX that the R34 Nür is lower than the standard R34.

Thanks for the comments! I am currently using stock bodykit with GT wing, aero hood ang rays gramlights also. I've noticed the big change on handling. I will change my bodykit to aero c once I've got it. Many thanks again.

"dress up has no effect"

"I've noticed the big change on handling."

It looks like you didn't really understood Ducky's advice.

I agree on the height difference. I wonder if it's different in MT5, I've never compared the two models together in MT5.

I meant in terms of height

I doubt there would be any performance changes, comparing performance of the original and nür is like comparing the performance rx7 type r and type r bathurst r. both rx7s clock world records, AKR from japan clocked a new world record for osaka with the bathurst r shieeeet

it kinda makes me proud to own a bathurst r laugh.gif
