computer players is easy, but player computer, depend what their skills different between your's. and yes a bit of boost.

So essentially, against a human non-king ghost, running a lower HP against them to a certain point would work, but their speeds don't adapt to what HP I'm running?

oh yeah i got it, depend whats rank you on. if you on super hard, you have to do revenge or crown.

so if you low the power (815 - 820) vs super hard - 1.5 points.

make sure you pick the computer player - ZZZZZ, andy, etc.

I would like to know whether I can run a lower HP ( Like in story mode ) and force the ghost's speeds to match my change in HP so that it's easier to beat them.

im not too sure, i use low hp and i beat high hp, depend whats your skills.

I don't think they will follow your hp...

but that doesnt mean u wont win with low hp.
if you can have a more better line using 720hp as opposed to 740 hp then you would still win.

but da default computer ghosts, like Hero said are uber easy... u prob can win even with 600hp.

Yes, they DON'T follow your HP. You see the HP setting somewhere above the player's car when selecting by level? And the HP setting of the player in the course thumbnails when selecting by card name/number?

EDIT: Yeah, skills do matter too when using a lower HP setting to battle ghosts... I've beaten an 800 HP ghost with 760-780 HP, and won by exploiting the mistake in Yoko's red turn...

I dont mind the missing shii on the R35. Its still a f**king great car to drive so who cares about the other shit. Looks too good stock sodress up isnt needed for the car.

What will happen to our car if we shaded it ?

True, but it's much more fun to tune the car yourself than to buy a car that someone's already tuned for you.

One time for your first card, sure, why not. There's a degree of novelty in it.

Any more than that and it starts to look like a huge wall of "Oh god, 100 more plays." to get another FT card.

I think that the Daily Titles is randomized. So there is a chance that it would repeat, there is also a chance that it won't.

Not to be a perfectionist, but what timezones do the machines run on? The local area, or are they connected to a main server?
