Figured out the rims for the Blackbird and the Monster Supra...

Rims for Blackbird: Rays GT-U (same as Reina's GT-R)
Rims for Monster Supra: Yokohama Advan Racing RCII

It is possible to recreate EVERY single character car...just need to look very carefully at the rims I suppose in order for that to happen...even my GT-R is currently black but same as Reina's car...

Just to clarify the rims of the Blackbird.

Looking at the videos, they look more like the Rays Volk Racing GTM (Gold version)

Need to know since I'm planning on recreating the Blackbird now that I have a Z33 (dressup in progress).

Please don't argue what rims the BlackBird has... For the 100th time it has GTU wheels, look at the wheels when the Black Bird isn't moving in story mode. Its wheels have way more spokes that the GTM wheels, which only come in white, chrome, chrome with black spokes anyways. So theres no way to make a perfect BlackBird, yet, we have to wait until MT4 and hope that they include the GTU wheels in the game, since they where available in MT2 but where removed for some reason.

well.. u can use the rays gt-m as an alternative... its the closest thing to the gt-u...

The thing is, HOW DO YOU CHOOSE GT-U RIMS IN THE GAME??? (since it's not listed in Namco's Rims Guide) And if not, what alternative rims can be used?

Otherwise the Blackbird should have been listed among the "Impossible" setups (due to absense of required parts, i.e. rims)

could do.. but the only problem is, I don't know which guy is which
I only know the three main Characters, and others I don't know much
it will help if someone will post Reina GTR and Gen Goto GTR.. coz I'm making a GTR soon

I have a sneaking suspicion that Reina's GT-R and the Blackbird may be impossible to do as I've searched all the rims in the game and the only one close would be the Enkei RPF1 rims given the colour and texture of it...

I've noticed only on this forum that alot of you don't seem to read older post... We must of said that you pretty much can't make any character car except for the Devil Z since specfic parts are missing from the game...

Reina's GT-R/BlackBird - Wheels are missing.

Gen Goto's GT-R - Tommy Kiara style body kit, missing.

ALL RX-7 in imposible because we can't have low xeon light.

Let's discuss character cars that outside of wangan, here's one

Bunta's Mobile (GC8 ver)
Subaru IMPREZA WRX STi VersionVI [GC8]
Color : Cool grey
rim : stock (thx god it already is gold color)
wing : stock
body kit : stock (since when Bunta bother to change parts?)

Bunta's GC8 is gun metal grey in the games in the manga...
It's only blue in the anime...
Its missing 1 thing though...Bunta's GC8 has STi front bumpers...
And sadly it's not available in MT...

lol.. why did they made it different in the anime?
ah well, I like the blue one better anyways

basically, you can't do a bunta on your car.. i've tried.. no bumpers look like the STi one..

but you can drive the car like bunta.. drift in hakone while taking a smoke

keisuke's fd's set up is Aero Set C, Aero hood.. they don't have the SSR rims.. so the closest thing to it is the volk TE37
