yer just place it something like mine. O and I was wonderin..... are evo8s any good? Cos this dude was sellin his.... 12k, fully done up of course. But I think he stuffed it up. that is why he is sellin it. Cos no person in their right mind would sell a really good evo8. Its lik a star collector. He also had an evo9 with him and I was lookin at it and he tried his hardest to not make me buy it and encouraged me to buy his evo8. I was lik nah.... I would lik to spend the money on my s30z.

O I already said before. the e8 has good handling but better top speed and on the other hand e9 has good top speed and better handling. So yer.... Well I mean top speed as in, it kinda can hold it there longer. Not that e8 is faster, it can just hold it at 345km/h longer without losin it. Both cars have the same acceleration.

well....what i feel is that e8 handlings is better than my SE3P,a lot better...

that handling but more? Ive got an evo9, but i only played it around for abit. and I got a r32 at the same time. The r32 has a tighter grip than the e9. But the e9 was faster. the rx8 is alrite, I seen it really dominant on hakone and abit on osaka. But once it get onto straights, and unless you got a good setup, the rx8 will b beaten.

thats why WR wangans are dominated by Rs

back on topic; E8 vs E9,
Generally, E8 grips more than the E9 and E9 has better accel than E8.
Both car has the same top speed.

r34 has 2 #1 record on english version
r32 has 3 on japanese version
r34 has 1 on japanese version
all up skylines have 6 #1 records in both versions
add courses together in both versions = 26 courses (13 per version)
so other cars make up the 20 other #1 records
i wouldnt call that "most"

Havn't been able to find this on the forums so ill have to ask it here lol, whats the difference between the E8 GSR and RS versions? any disadvantage on the RS?

I take it all back after what I saw today. This guy dominated with his e8! It was against this dude's r32, and the e8 kept winnin and winnin no matter which map they played on!

BTW what rims are recommended for E8 and E9? atm the yokohama advan's seem alright but maybe not doing the job?

I usually find the stock rims or the Enkeis suits the Evos rather well. Plus, everything stock except aero mirrors and hood is usually best...

There's no difference between GSR and RS, performance wise. It's only the name. Go for RS if you think it's cooler, and go for GSR if you think it sounds better...
