same here! laugh.gif laugh.gif

legendary: try the RGII too. its just like the RCII with tons of grip, but the RGII, imo, are a bit faster cuz it allows for more sliding, while the RCII grip a bit more and cant slide as well. but both as good rims.

Ok i know its an EVO but any dressup parts i should improve to up the speed of it? And if i change it to stock aero part will it be very drifty? And recommendation on wheel [ A little more grippy then RCII and Maybe a wheel that can Sustain Rams but not too heavy...]

Are you comfortable with your current settings? If you are, theres no need to change it.

You cant have a light car that handles well, has high speed and can ram at the same time.

Wow, you gave up reading when he mentioned Osaka, but you still managed to know that he wanted a car that can ram? How'd you do that?

If he knew, he wouldn't be asking in the first place.

Back on topic,

I'm deciding between

-Areo A and C
-Carbon Bonnet with Duct and The FRP bonnet

For a E8

Can anyone give me some information of how the two differs and how they affect the performance?

you cant have really fast AND really grippy. its like having a hot ice tea.

cf and wingless for lightness and speed but rims give you that grip advantage.

ill give you the low down for my setup:
Aero C for grip
RCII for grip
CF w/ duct for speed
Wingless for speed
Aero mirrors for speed

in the end, it kinda balances out.

Thats what everyone wants when they start asking questions

the evo will never be slidy.
it started off grippy and can only ever get more grippy

Okay... After looking at everyone reply, i have planned out a set-up but i have some question before deciding on the actual set-up.

Stock Aero Part - For Speed
Aero Mirrors - For Speed
GT Wing [Straight] - For Grip

Black Carbon Bonet w/ Ducts And Frb Bonet w/ Ducts, What is the difference?

RCII / RGII / T6 Which one gives good grips but not too slidy and which one is the heaviest?

Enkei J-SM never fails you.It has good response to turning, not stiff and makes u enjoy the corners in eg Osaka.Trust me.I used it for my E3 and I never want to touch Yokohama rims again.Use carbon bonnet with ducts for more speed.

What I mean by enjoy the corners is that you can perform more aggressive turn ins without a lot of countersteering when you use the J-SM because of a lack of stiffness.Sorry if you have misunderstood me.

well you gotta take into consideration the rest of the setup. if you have an absolutely light setup plus JS+M, it wont do much... thats why RCII can help since they provide so much grip, enough to balance out all that speed minus handling/grip from the rest of the setup.
