@hanzel2m --- sad to say that its really up to the driver's playing Style/ Handling/ Car Mod preference. Unless you are comparing Car performance with handicap off or during TA then only the car's ability to perform will comes in. Few of my Friends tried using my GTO, they mentioned that it needs time to be Tamed. 1 even say its a Lousy Car and ask me to Scrap it as the tunning was weird when doing TA in Osaka. LOL! Hope he don't see this I am still v noob and am unable to use my GTO to its full potential. As i have a RX-7 which i had not drive for very long.... These are my personal views. I feel that GTO is a 6-Speed RX-7, with an edge that GTO can lead a race while RX-7 cant. Rx-7 can Overtake, can cushion, can guard but without gd top-speed. it can be catch up easily with handicap on. On the other end RX-7 has the ability to catch up the leading pack equally fast which would Stress our your opponent. I dont understand why though. GTO has these RX-7 advantages with a slight better top speed then RX-7. On the Contri, GTO is bigger sized then RX-7 so handling would prove a challenge especially in Aero Set C. 1 of my friend tried running my GTO in Hakone without crashes I have no experience with Silvia, so cant help much Between Rx-7 and GTO, i would prefer "Ferrari" GTO.

@Sailor Enlil : what was your Mod? able to tell me? I have not seen the clip, will see it once i'm back home..... Btw check out my Mod, Car Name : vGoDv Car Colour : Red Car Mod : Full Aero Set C Enkei RC-T4 Rims Aero Mirror Aero Bonnet W/ Duct Flame 2 Sticker I find this mod more suitable for my playing style, actually Handling wise its down to the player's playing style its not really the car's fault. In battling, with the same HP and handicap on, all cars are basically almost the same. no matter which car, as long as you don't crash/ drop your speed ridiculously, you can catch up with the car infront. @sroso : i agree, R34 has a stronger 3rd gear, but GTO has a stronger 4th and 5th gear. 6th gear was kinda on par.

This is my current GTO setup: Color: Pale Blue Mod: Aero Set C w/ Standard Wing Rims: Rays Volk Racing TE37 Mirrors: Aero Mirror Hood: Bonnet with Duct Sticker: Car Works Sticker Neon Tubes: Blue I actually find the GTO grippy compared to other heavyweights like the Supra, which is very "slippery" (I have 8 cars actually; See this thread). In fact on the day of that race video someone commented that I had the "strongest GTO he's ever seen". This post has been edited by Sailor Enlil on Jan 7 2008, 01:12 PM
