its an alright car on hakone. if you compare it to the FD or MX5 or RX8. a bad car would be the celsior..

depends on the other car.
If the other car is Aristo then e9 is better in hakone.

I thought Forged were "supposedly" the best for the EVOs? What gives? ermm2.gif
As for the EVO IX on Hakone, it's okay. Decent. That's all I have to say.

they were, supposedly the best back in MT2 for evos...in MT3, theres much more rims that are better. i bet i can run ur IX on hakone just perfectly..lol

they dont suck that badly in MT3. they slide a lot but otherwise they feel pretty light and allows better acceleration, but at the same time there are other rims which give the same (or better) amount of acceleration without the slide from the forged.

actually, if you apply a grippy setup, you can use the 3-spoke pretty well.

never really like 3-spoke that much. it doesnt look that good thats why lol. i rather use 57f or something else instead when using a grippy setup.

OK I want to make an Lancer Evolution for a friend who wishes to get into WMMT 3. He wants an Evo 8 but I can't remember if that was the best one or not.

Can someone tell me what Evo is the best to start for him? Perferably one that is newbie friendly.

And also a decent basic dress up setting would be great as well.

Thanks in Advance.

evo9 with Aero A works well if you also slap on RCII and 3D wing and cf bonnet.

Evo IX is better than Evo VIII imo not to mention its better looking..lol

Evo VIII is grippier, but slower, Evo IX is faster but less grip
