accel. no. GTO just sucks in accel. 6th gear is awesome though... perhaps the best top end car in the game?

does anyone know which car accelerates faster? Evo III vs. Impreza GDBC? Thanks.

can anyone tell me if the stock aero set or the aero set A is best for E9

also...which wing is the best? (everyone said the 3D wing, but I can't really control it...right now I'm using the stock wing)

@RIT_ninja : theres no best wing, only which part suits ur gaming style i don't have a E9. But as what i know, 3D Gt-wing makes turning easier at the cost of lesser top speed. However, you would need to look at the Rim that you are using currently. Perhaps you would like to list out ur current car mod

@Moon : personally feels Impreza GDBC drives faster.

@tofu : GTO has great Accel, even though Gear 4 to 5 does take some time. However, being able to reach top speed in a haste between 5 & 6 does make up for that.

yeah dont worry about it XD lmao, i just saw that both these cars accelerate considerable fast and so i was wondering whihc one accelerated faster...

@Moon : Somehow feel that Evo has a short coming which is "speed consistency", Impreza's shortcoming was average/ below average Top speed. As Evo am unable to maintain speed it might lose out to impreza which might not have the top speed but am able to maintain at a constant speed.

Battle wise -.-" all cars are basically the same, just a matter of user problem. In Singapore, Evo, Subaru, Skyline are common "Bumper Cars". haha

Hehe, I am a proud EvoIII driver. Where I come from, it's being underestimated. Nways, I tested my friends Impreza GDBC, while he drove my EvoIII. We both have the same driving style.

We played VS without Boost. IMO I must say EvoIII has better handling in corners, but sluggish on the straight run. It takes a while to get to it's top speed. The Impreza GDBC however, is the opposite of the EvoIII. Bit sluggish on the corners, but better speed on straight runs. Even in Time Attack Mode the Impreza GDBC gave me that same exact feeling.

Hope my little experience with both cars gives you the info needed for your choice of "weapon"

i like GTO better than both of those lol, it's a bit slow to get to max speed too, but it's pretty decent at turns and once you get to top speed, you'll catch up to cars ahead of you uber fast and they will find it tough to keep up lol
