can some1 tell me what is good about evo8 n 9 ? which would u prefer y?

Evo 9 slightly faster

Evo 8 slightly tankier

I'd pick neither, cause both are Bandwagoned. XD

bandwagoned...as in everybody and their mom uses it.

And that includes me and you... We both drive bandwagon cars!

To the people always telling the people asking for setups "choose what you think is best", there's 36 different parts (not counting stickers and neon) and it takes 5 games to switch parts. I think it's fair to give the people ideas on where to start.

Where to start? Stock is a perfect start. In fact I finish on stock too, maybe upgrade the wheels just for cosmetics ?

doesnt matter if theres a bandwagon or not since in a racing game its just about skill, so you can obviously tell who has been using the car for a while/uses it because they have the skill to back it up, or those who just hop on the bandwagon because "its good" or "its fast"

i mean shit i have a few bandwagon cars, Evo IX and R34. but ive been using them since for a while, R34 in MT2 and Evo IX in MT3, and i never get or create a car because i heard from people "its good" unlike certain beginners that go "omg whoever uses this car, im gonna use it and be just like him, even if i hate the car and dont like how it handles and performs" <--- those are the people who you should hate, not the people who actually USE and LIKE their cars and not create one because a local pro uses them. lol

just thought id get that out there.

same goes for dress up i mean we can offer advice on how to make it better, but we cant guarantee that a certain setup will be good for you, since no two peoples style are EXACTLY the same.

ive seen like no more than like 5 people using evo 5/6 ever

i like the look of evo6.

i remember a discussion about evo 5 and 6 back then somewhere in this thread. they're tanks according to the discussion

well..Singapore doesn't have a lot of evo 3, 5 and 6 users here.

Haha guys just wondering, the Namco website says that the GDB-F is the rival of the Evo9, so how do they compare exactly? I"ve never used a GDB-F nor battled one O:
