Any wing will improve the cars stability, however, handling usually comes from the tires, then both the aero kit and wing affect the amount of slide, speed lose and grip after the apex of the turn...

But its upto u really, i thought the straight wing was good for turns, and the 3d was for stability during high speeds? I could be majorly wrong though, i use the aero wing for both GC8 and E3 lol

Personaly, i agree with marv, dnt change the hood, it'll give ya more weight and grip for turns. RCII is good for trip, maybe try the Forged rims or Cyclones, i felt both are good..

Dare uses forged on his supra and it works REAL well to combat the slide.

Many people tune their car to looks, i never gave an EffDee bout it really, but luck had it looks and performance were hand in hand for my GC8, but not so much for my E3 lol

DARE doesn't use enkei forged anymore ~

he's using the legendary rims XEO uses ^^

and those wheels grip/handle/accelerate much better than those enkei forged wheels ~

From your suggestions, i'm gonna try out the following changes:

Change my rims to Yokohama RCII
Change my aero kit to either A or B
Change my spoiler to GT Straight spoiler

Should i use stock mirrors or keep the aero mirrors?

CRUST: RCII are better IMO. i like them a lot...and they offer good grip, perfect for the heavy GTO.

oohhh snappp. enkei forged is a nice rim on any car if your looking for something that handles well and is light. but not the rim for me because as there light i cant ram too much since thats what happens here alot nowadays. also i think it lacks abit of speed, dunno if its the accel, top speed or what, but im not getting the speeds i usually get with my RGII's on the Optimus machine.

Does anybody know how is the response of the orange rims from RAYS when you fit it on a Evo 3?If I am not wrong,it is called Gramlights. Is it good for an Evo 3 in the first place?

The Rays GramLights 57Fs are okay. I tried them out on my RX-8 and liked the performance, so I decided to try 'em out on my GDB-F, Evo5, and Evo9. Can't remember what was the results for my GDB-F before I swapped it, but my Evos ended up bein too grippy on Hakone when I ran it; they slid way too much after I switched them to the Enkei Forged.
I finally split them off from each other instead of equipping both with the same rim (for experimentation), sticking the E5 with the Yokohama T7s and the E9 with the Yokohama RGIIs - performance improved significantly in their ability to ramp up on Osaka (I no longer require as much braking for taking the ramps).

Can't say much for the E3, but from my experience they may be a bit grippy.

if you dont like those, theres always the TE37 or CE28. but i still think the RCII is the best for grip.

Agreed for the most part.

Evo8's Set A and C look relatively good, but C looks better; in a sense, the E8's Set C is the E9's Set A.
Evo9's Set A looks the best, but C looks the worst.
Set B for both is pretty much the same - pretty much Set A with foglights.

As for Evo Type Wings, the only one I really liked was the Evo5's.
Depending on the car, "Set C + Type wing" (with the DC bonnet) are supposed to balance your car out pretty well, or so the assumption goes.
