I had a GTO Twin Turbo before I moved to Aus, so sexy.

GTO on dx+ is wayyyy better than dx.

SPOILER

Sexy car, dude.

And hell yeah, it's so much better than it was in dx, it's not even funny. XD

Anybody remember the comp ghost GTO ("Jenny") from 3/3DX? Now there was a nice one, blue with grey flame one (and neons in DX); in 3DX+, it's now pink with black line3. Assuming the setup hasn't changed, what is it equipped with?

What you're aiming for is correct. But I suggest, you keep the rims and mirrors.

Meow. Evo 9 has good acceleration so concentrate on the weight.

Aero A
Tarmac (Lv5) or TCII
Stock Mirrors
Carbon Hood with Duct
3D Wings

You also can try Stock Kits. They are very light. ( I feel it on my steering wheel, serious ) One thing bout Stock Kits is they are harder to block but in return with some serious ninja skills.

My friend's evo 9 tail slides too much. i would a like a set up that is balanced or towards fast and grippy and a little slide?

It sounds pretty balanced. Bearing in mind, no wing = quick as hell

TE37's = good for blocking

stock aero, not so sure.

This is my theory for a speed demon of a evo9

First setup: No wing
Aero A
57F's
Aero Mirror
FRP Hood

Second setup (This provides better blocking than first setup)
3D Wing
Stock Sero
JS+M's
Normal Mirror
Carbon Fiber Hood with Duct

Both of these setups provide LOTS OF SPEED!

Well not really interested in the blocking, but I'll keep that in mind. How's it on grip?

What's a good setup on Evo 6? I don't see that much Evo 6's >_>

My setup is:
Aero Set A
Carbon hood lv. 4 ( I might have changed it to FRP by accident. >_>)
Enkei Tarmac WRC EVO rims
3D Wings.

The grip is good to me, but the acceleration at the beginning is so BAD.
I always get left behind by atleast 10m, then it takes me another 1~2km just to catch up to them. ohmy.gif

Evo 6's have 5 gears if that helps.

Well, evo 6 is one of the heaviest evo's around with the best grip...

But there is no good set up... its just down to how you drive...

I would suggest all stock and a 2d-wing because it's heavy enough as it is... and probs use 3-spoke for the rims for accel, but then... i would have to change the hood to cf hood with duct for balance...

So end product:

Stock Aero
2d-wing
Cf hood with duct
3-spoke rims

That you will lose your grip but gain more speed but you will lose a lot of .. Grip mind you ..
I don't recomend using that thou ..
A evo 9 should have wing ..

Grip is pretty perfect on second setup. First setup does slide, but it sure damn quick.

Basically the first setup I mentioned is a speed demon sent from hell.
