SixthSense, eh....
Which part of Malaysia you're playing? Might test your E9 smile.gif

If you want more fun with the Lancers, for beginners I always suggest E8 to first timers. It's heavy, tankish and with the right settings can handle and run excellently.

But if you still faithful to your first car (which is understandable), here's a nice settings I've been using quite some while before I switched to the R33.

Aero A
Normal Bonnet
3D wings
Yoko RS
Aero Mirrors

Might be quite skiddy with the car, but with proper gas work, it's as fun as hell.

I think beginners Lancers to use are E3s and E6s.

It's a small town called Segamat. And I think you didn't know this place. (lol) But my e9 was "born" in Seremban 2 (The Jusco Mall). The 1st time I went to the arcade, I was like:"Why so many people are standing around the arcade machines?? Is it fun to play??" And I'm waiting and waiting...... FINALLY!!! It's my turn! So, I create an e9 since there's nobody using it. (Maybe theres a few of them, idk.) Coz their area were using RX-8, RX-7, e8, e3, etc etc...

This is how my e9 was "born". grin2.gif

And since I'm still new, I'm gonna play your setup for awhile. shifty2.gif

A student of mine who was interested to start his first car in MT asked me which car should he use....He asked me since I played for 7 years, which cars are good to use...He was interested in using Mitsubishis so I told him I would give him a E3 or a E6 made from a present card as these cars are generally either good in accel or handling and they are good partners with beginner drivers.I told him if he wants a car for straights...He should use R33.

Am I correct in advising my student on his car selection?

no not really, u should ask him whats his fave car & start from there

also the r33 is not the best for straight compare to a z34,gto or a cosmo (at least along the lines of that) IMO, if he want start off with a present card then that great as well since any car is a great car

He told me he likes E3 but I told him the major disadvantage of it is that it will get outmuscled by bigger cars.Looks like I will get him the E3 instead...

Stellars are pretty awesome. JSMs add a bit of slide.

@AeonClock
It's balance in terms of acceleration, handling and speed. But I love Aero C. :]

How do you describe Stellars? Is it slidy or what?

Hi guys, whats a suitable grippy rim for an e9? Current rims are the 3 spokes and i find to slidy :/ Quite annoying to play hakone with it.

Rays: TE37s, NTLs

Watanabe: Cyclone

Yokohama: TCIIs

@cabbie: True that. Looks nice with Type wing, but I've yet to really run with it, so can't say much on actual perf.

raven :it actually runs as well as it looks , damn nice~

Ivridge:
aero c
3d wing
aero mirror
stock hood is ok
rims - i dunno some peeps use 57A
- i use x401s for battles and cyclones for ghosting
as for crowns i seen most kings with 57As

neons and stickers dont really do much except for either making your car look sexy of make it look fugly.
