QUOTE (Xomy @ Yesterday, 1:43 AM) | Since WMMT5 is out for nearly a month now, I'd like to get some feedbacks on E8's and E9's, differences, pros and cons. |
On friday I will record a video and try upload it.
Of my E8 MR RS Byako. Just me doing Ghost Battle against -T90- in Hakone (non-taikan) And show you the moves lol.
in battle its still a beast. its not too fast or too slow, its balanced leaning on slow for better focus on control, you know what I mean...
Play E8s meant to be played or play it other ways, its still teh same momentum as in MT4 and MT5, the pace of the game is much faster, but it still the same.
Imagine MT4 -> MT5 = 20% faster pacing and gameplay. almost no charactristics or attribute changes apart from some slidy handling mechanics but yeah.

Thanks Kenzz, I'm getting some feedbacks because of the players' opinions, some say that E8s' became more grippy or anything else, but I consented here because of the E8 users from the whole 4 and 5.

QUOTE (Ducky @ Today, 7:22 AM) | According to some self-research looking at posts and atwiki the E9 is still a great battle car, and the E8 is still good but got less grippy (might be cause of the new game engine?) |
Oh, is that so? From what I've seen from the E8's 5 is still the same, IDK about some but that's my opinion.

MT5, slight changes to everything, but generally it feels no different, only because the pacing in MT5 is much faster than MT4, making people assume everythings changed* (probably) That means full jam/brake blocking/bumping is harder to pull off, and targeting too. (Noticed my E8 is gotten more slidier than ever)
Well my E8 MR RS is built to be anti evo 8 and 9 and every other car.
It's feels different and plays different compared to other E8 GSR / MR and E9 when I vs them, Not just in skill level, play style but also in dress up effect based (effects).
Like most traditional evos, it's supposed to be balanced, fast enough to move around, heavy enough to be balance without exiting too much on corners and all that right?
Mine's a different approach. It's extremely responsive, it's really balanced only by rhythm, hence its unbalanced, I don't need to ram to win, but I prefer safe play with line baiting traps. A passive-aggressive method, then i switch to a jam or rhythm-disturbing method and make em wreck themselves.
Or I can go full e8.e9 ramming style, which pretty much shows its true colors, it's much faster, outplays on wallcushions, can even squeeze through walljams, and most importantly, heavier than e8 and e9! (at times)
I found the ultimate set up for it, for my Byako E8.
I'll post pics.
But I'll give you a demo run to give you an idea. Because Byako, is a character in my ROAD series, he's the king of all evo (and he's technically evil) But he's a charismatic man, and he has a connection to Kenzz. (in a way, he's Kenzz half-brother, and they're both bad guys against each other)
Trust me, you're gonna enjoy this. (Uploading pics now)
