Might be you're trying to play safely..
Sometimes higher risk (on crashing) could make ur turns faster.. But if you screwed up ur timing.. there goes your speed..

Anyways, S30 is a wonderful machine, especially if backed up by a wonderful driver..
So, take your time to master ur S30 and learn some courses on MT. It should be able to make u and ur S30 good in battles..

Nws mate. Glad that you liked the settings..

That setting was originally on my friend's S30. Tried TAing both Osaka & Hakone, and it feels nice.

@marbleberry - yer it does run really well I can tell u that. laugh.gif I love how I can break at such a good time and go thru the osaka turns nicely, no crashes. O and the acceleration is incredible as well at the beginning. I just need a way to go faster. laugh.gif But I think it is just my lining. I need more experience with this car.

@roxas3

Nah. Not really interested on the S30. The only thing that is added to my MT3 car collection is only the R33.. FT'd.

Might wanna re-adjust settings on my Z33. Coz last time tried fitting RAYS rims on it, and it feels really shitty...

@Death_B2KSJ

Lining is very important. You could turn a few km/hs faster when you take the correct line.

I've tried the Rays last time and they weren't exactly fast. Too heavy and not enough speed in the corners. Because of that, I've switched back to the Enkeis and OMG...so fast!

I might change the hood though as the FRP bonnet is too...heavy for me...but maybe it's because I'm used to it..

try WRC TARMAC EVO FORGED, RPF1, or JS+M. those are my suggestions.

currently using RPF1. they are pretty damn good.

i tried the eightspokes but i kept getting wall raped by evos with it. anything i can do to make the car more solid?

also i chose aero kit c just for the looks, so i dunno if its good for battling. any recommendations?

lastly, i can't stay at 1 track for too long, so i'd like a set up i can stick to for all of them. pinch2.gif

@Death_B2KSJ

As Geo's suggestion, RPF-1 is very good to be fitted on your Z33. My Z33 uses that rim as well, and could pwn most of the cars on most of the tracks (C1, NBL, Hakone, Osaka <-- courses that I usually play, ah, and of course Wangan)

@bunny2002sg

IMHO, EightSpokes are the best rims for your S30. But if you want to make your car more solid, try the Watanabe Stellars. My friends said that the Stellars are good for ramming, because it is heavy. And personally, I don't have any trouble getting wallraped by EVOs when using S30 and EightSpokes.. But, well.. Just try the Stellars. Hope that this might help.

@marble - yer thanks. I am goin 2 use the rpf1 for my z33. O and the 8 spokes are really good for the s30z. It has sufficient grip as well as great acceleration. Alot of people at the beginning are mainly like wtf? LOL. It should have no troubles accelerating off instead of being rammed.

RPF-1s isn't too bad as I tried overall. The RS-T4s aren't bad either plus they do feel heaps lighter than the RPF-1s...but that's jsut me...

@roxas3

Is it lighter? I might wanna try that. RC-T4s right?
The only ENKEI Rim that I fitted on my Z33 is only the RPF-1. I think that's the only rim that fit my driving style from any other ENKEIs... The WRC TARMAC is just too grippy. But nice to be fitted on drifty cars. Might wanna try ur suggestion on the RC-T4 as I wanna revive my forgotten Z33.. LOL, but maybe after I finished getting Aero Set C, carbon hood, RPF-1s and Aero Mirrors for my R33... >,<

Hahahah, I feel there is a slight difference but only slightly.

About the R33, I just keep everything stock except for aero mirrors and Enkei rims. That's it.

As you play more, you get to learn more things. I have a RX8, R32 and as well as a Mazdaspeed 6. All of them teaches me something to improve on which then filters onto the Z33 which in turns teaches me about the other cars. The RX8 about the lines, R32 about countersteering and the Mazdaspeed 6 about turns and more countersteering.

I wouldn't recommend having more than 2 cars though. To learn more than 2 is rather hard unless you know the absolute limit of each car is...

Geo, the Z33 is a surprising car but you need to use the maximum potential of it. You know of the massive acceleration and as well as its ability to maintain top speed so abuse it. Concentrate on your shift points especially as I've noticed your shift points are rather different to me...

yer I know roxas3. 6 rounds of osaka on my s30z taught me how to turn in osaka with my z33. Amazing! happy.gif (no seriously, it did) I know how to do entire osaka track without walltapping. All I need now is proper lining and try not to break as much and Ill be set for osaka.

EDIT: And now I only concentrate on 2 cars anyways. My Zs. s30z and z33! I love them! My pride and joys! smile.gif laugh.gif happy.gif
