Hmm, I couldn't find a thread about it. These cars deserves a thread. So I started one up. For tips, suggestions and dress-up tips, post them here!


The secret car line-up

Subaru R2
Hightlight Subaru ALCYONE SVX, put shifter to Neutral (N) and shift the following code combination : 6-4-6-4-6-4-6-4-6-4-6-4

Toyota Aristo Taxi
Hightlight Toyota Aristo, put shifter to Neutral (N) and shift the following code combination : 1-1-1-2-2-2-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-4-4-4-5-5-5-6-6-6-6-6-6-6

Toyota Corolla
Hightlight Toyota Supra (JZA70), put shifter to Neutral (N) and shift the following code combination : 4–1– 2 -6

Toyota Hiace
Hightlight Toyota MR2, put shifter to Neutral (N) and shift the following code combination : 3-2-2-3-2-2-3-2-2

Gears

R2 - 5 gears
Aristo Taxi - 4 gears
Corolla - 5 gears
HiAce - 4 gears

If the car doesn't appear. Gently and slowly shift through the gear combination. Once you've done it correctly, the car you highlighted will change. Ex. Subaru ALCYONE SVX changes to Subaru R2.

Heya, xeo. Yup, I know it's in the faq I also linked it on the "Codes can also be found on the WMMT3 FAQ & WMMT3 Wikipedia."-sentence. I just put the codes here as an "intro". After that, the questions concerning the secret cars (dressup questions, best setup, troubleshoot, help) can be asked. If it's bothering people, I can remove the "intro" and leave my main question unedited.

I saw a Corolla with chrome-y aero kit today.

I MUST HAVE THAT AERO KIT. I'm trying to make my Corolla as ricey as possible.

close to ft my hiace. only 20 stages or so. its a pretty fun car. esp on yoko.

Hehe, the HiAce is a pretty fun car indeed. Somewhat sluggish on corners and accel. But powerfull on straight roads. Dare, you need to shift carefully when you enter the codes. The HiAce unlocked on me the first time I tried. It's either that, or the shifter is being "touchy".


I am currently at dress-up Lv10 on my HiAce. When I reach Lv11 (for the list, go here) I will receive the part Aero set B.

My car has the following set-up :
- Aero set A
- Carbon bonnet (black carbon hood)
- GT wing (Basic)
- YOKOHAMA Mod.T5

I've got no problem with my current setup. Even though I still need to get used to the 4-gears shifting on this big kahuna. Would it be wise to upgrade to Lv20 (which net me the Aero set B, FRP bonnet with ducs & GT wing (3D form)) or a higher upgrade to ex. Lv30 (Aero set C, Carbon bonnet with ducs & Car classification wing)? My aim is to get better accel and maybe better grip out of my HiAce.

Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated!

oh, my HiAce worked out fine... it was my R2 that needed new tries. had to get more credits to get it.. sigh.

1 3-star VS win, plus several more stars collected from 2nd and 3rd place finishes.

for the Aristo Taxi why does it have six 3's and six 6's when the one posted here and the FAQ have seven 3's and 6's

i guess its a typo...

the way i get secret cars properly is to make sure your gear is in neutral beforehand... once you're on the right car, do the gear shifting slowly and put it in neutral in between. For HiAce it would be N-3-N-2-N-2-N-3-... etc. If you mess up, I either switch to another car and switch back or I brake and backtrack to the previous menu. Hope this helps.
