Perhaps in Boost Off that would be the case.

However my R2 won one race in Yokohane downward (boost on), even against a pair of nasty rammers (I was lucky my R2 snuck around them at the last corner when they weren't looking and were too busy ramming the 4th player).

Also, my R2 has this setup and it handles rather well:

Aero B
GT Straight Wing
Shotgun Rims
Aero Mirrors
Stock Hood

Never mind it somehow earned the title "Fastest in the Metro Highway" a few months ago laugh.gif

Corolla and R2, I just use the same shifting pattern I use with my other 5-speed cars. (I shift by speed - 180:3rd, 240:4th, 290:5th).

Camry isn't a Corrola lol, totally different cars.

With hiace, try going automatic, you'll be suprised at how well 4 speed cars handle auto. But Hiace I follow KM/h shift points.

2nd-3rd @ 200km/h
3rd-4th @ 280km/h

The setup I'm using atm is:
Aero C
Texan Shotguns
3D GT wing
Aero mirrors

That slides heaps though, a setup I used to use on the hiace are actually only the first two dressup levels.

Aero A and TE37 rims. That's a really good setup for handling in my opinion. Works well for Osaka
