WOW... I knew its possible!

That person holds the Hakone fastest record for the MX-5, RX- 7 & 8!

Mazdas seems to be VVG on Hakone!

I possibly know how that driver managed to run that kinda time.. comparing to TRK's video!

Say that there're 100 turns on Hakone.. if you ran an average of .002 seconds faster than TRK's run, that'll be .2 seconds faster!

Also, the 2 hills, one before & one after the Blue right U-turn, on a 6 gear car, normally you're in 5th when you get air... Im now starting to shift to 6th as soon as I get air, to 5th as soon as Im back down again, to allow the engine to rev as much as possible before landing again, to gain more rpm, since there're no forces against the wheels when airborne!

Good idea.. ey?

Cause there's no resistance to the wheels when you're in air... Once you land, you don't keep the high rev, unless at lower gear.

Yeah I got your point, & Yes the top speed rises up, but then it drops down to a speed by a big number so slow.

Lemme ask you guys this: Of the 4 cars that I have (R34, 350Z, Evo IX, Devil Z), which one is better for Hakone:
- TA's?
- PVP Battles and/or King of the Track?

Well, it all comes down to the driver!

For TA, Evo IX & S30.
For the R34, I'd say more battle > TA!

s30 and evo are pretty solid on ta for hakone, r34 and 350z are for wangan and yokohane....osaka and new belt really is up to you.

kings can be made by any car, it doesn't matter, just run with a car you are comfortable

vs or pvp battle is really the same thing, however heavier cars fare better. R34, 350z and the evo ix are all pretty heavy and are battle worthy.

the s30 however can still battle, in fact all the cars you list can battle, i just listed the heavier cars as they a better chance at battle.

hope that helps

Any car you want to drive, you will be able to drive on the course. Its just down to how good a driver you are!

Well I'm a decent enough driver, I mean Wangan is easy enough, Yokohane I'm pretty good at I find, Osaka needs some work, Hakone... heh heh, C1 is meh, and NBL is alright I guess. Granted I usually run with either my R34 or Evo IX, depending on my mood. tongue.gif
