I fully agreed. Snow... you'll be slightly disadvantged in battles with FTed cars! 1 tuning bar makes a BIG difference. Could cut seconds down on TA, & could come down to winning or losing. If extra tuning bars are available in the future of MT, power or handling bars, would make quite a difference. Eg, if 1 extra handling bar is available, then the fastest setting might possibly be 740hp on C1.
