I took Jimmy155's advice about how to take Hakone, and I'm getting 4"50's constant and got another 4"50 with my Lan Evo... now next aim is to get it to 4"49 and lower.
Thanks Jimmy! When I enter a hairpin at gear 5, brake then downshift after the apex... and I saw how fast the acceleration pick up came... I was like "MOTHER OF GOD!" |

The most I can get with my z31 is a high 44. But with the rx-8 or mx-5, is where I hit my 42's |

yo jimmy was a huge help in mt3 days, i remember trying for like 4 years before i hit a low 2 27 with my z31, these and taromasaki vids helped me get ultra fast. it helped me a lot with the transition to dx too. although i havent played but a dozen times on dx im still fast on dx hakone while doing horrible lol |
