New features Cars: There is 4 new cars on WMMT3DX, 3 of the 4 are Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR(CZ4A) and Subaru Impreza WRX STi(GRB) and Mazda MX-5(Just been added to the test version). The other car is not known at present time and they will be released when the game comes out. Just for a bit of confirmation on this actually being true if you look carefully on the picture of the machine you can also see the 2 shaded out cars below the GRB and EVO X. MITSUBISHI LANCER EVOLUTION X GSR(CZ4A) Red Metallic Cool Silver Metallic Lightning Blue Mica Phantom Black Pearl White Pearl  SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI(GRB) WR Blue Mica Lightning Red Midnight Blue Pearl Pure White Spark Silver Metallic  MAZDA MX5 (was said to be a general idea a month ago and it is now in the test version so i assume its been added)  Aura: The aura seems be upgraded from the usual aura in mt3, we now get the animals with a lot lower stars.    Course: The new course in WMMT3DX is Nagoya Circuit (for course map see image below.)  BGM: New background music is "Enjoy the Process" HP Setting: In WMMT3DX you now get 825HP instead of the 820HP you get in the normal version of WMMT3. Coin System: The new thing with ghost mode in WMMT3DX is the new coin system, for every ghost win you recieve a coin (much like how you recieve a star for every player you beat in challenge mode.) Also in ghost mode there is now a ranking for the ghost challenges.   Card Transfers: Your WMMT3 card can be transferred over to WMMT3DX (including WMMT3DX Test version cards.) Namco has confirmed the only thing that will reset upon transferring you card over to DX is your title and your TA times. There is now 100 stages of story and in the test version once you transfer your card it begins from stage 80 (assuming you completed stage 80 in mt3) and then you work your way upto 100. For the people who do get to play the location test in Japan and make a card on those machines they get access to special tuning parts which will only be available in the location test (but they will remain on your card when you transfer it over to the official version), so it will not be included in the final version of WMMT3DX for those who did not get to play the test version. iv been taking a look at the roads of nagoya for the past 10 mins or so trying to figure out what it will be
considering wmmt3 bases its course on real roads |

The new course is "Nagoya," and they apparently increased the size (it literally says "volume" but I'm guessing they mean length) of story mode. Apparently there will be special tuning parts available at the location test as well, which are special edition parts that won't be available in the final game (only available afterward for those who attended the location test).
And then it details the card... -You can only use a WMMT3DX location test card with this game. -Your WMMT3 card cannot be used in the WMMT3DX location test. -Your WMMT3DX location test special parts will carry over to the final version of the game. -Your WMMT3 card will carry over to the final version of WMMT3DX. |

wow now that's great news for us maxitune players. hmmm i think this one's just an upgrade of maxitune3 and not a new sequel. but with its name "DX", i was then thinking if it's gonna have a deluxe version machine of it.

Nagoya is basicly the same as Osaka again with abit LESS turns,(unless its linked to wangan line which should do the same with Osaka) i wonder why no New GTR, maybe its still test ver. i hope they can fix the long load from PVP battle. its not just ver.b its WMMT3 DX!!!

So : 1.basicly they make story mode LONGER !!?! (like 100 stage to 820HP it) 2.New dress tune parts? (more rim? more body kit? aero D aero E etc.)with new cars. 3.Transfer from WMMT3 to WMMT3 DX required? 4.New highway Nagoya wich is Osaka all over again!!?!(since so many people loves Osaka TA and battle) 5. I'm quite curious now if the rank of your car/story mode/outrun status will be kept or reset once your MT3 card is carried forward to MT3DX, since they made story mode (possibly?) longer, and with a new course (Nagoya), they would probably modify 10 outrun to have that too.

so its only a extension of MT3 right? the graphic will most likely will be the same (hope they can fix the distant pop up suddenly) with new course and new cars..
i really hope we can attain all the stat from previous card, becoz, technically this is not MT4 right? |
