i think if he wants to learn how play then he should at least see good people play before, well, battling and other stuff. |

18+ is only after 10pm, you can get the 7hr cards starting at 9pm lol |

That's what i was thinking, but i remember when i bought a timecard at 9 on thursday i ask someone to use they're card first to see if they activate it for you. He hadn't use the card yet until thirty minutes went by when i told to wait. and it said 450 min. i was like wtf. then i used my card and it did the same thing.
