Yokohama TCII.
Finish all your storymodes before you think about dress-up.

i think the best rim for grip and stability is Watanabe Stellar, while for drifting and handling, it's the Volk Rays GTC, and for acceleration is GramLights 57F, i haven't try newer wheels though, but for now, it's the best rims setup for me. BTW, i use BNR34, so this maybe useful for BNR34 drivers.

QUOTE (MarTeeZee @ 6 minutes, 30 seconds ago) | When you win crowns, does your rims really get bigger? |
Pretty sure this isnt true. I have taken many crowns so my rims should be 100m tall (Y) Who the hell told you that? I found 57F's very horrid. If you want accel use 3 spokes. They will however give you more slide...which i like

I'm pretty sure he's retarded.

No, I meant, so that the game has a larger variety. Sort of like having neons because let's be honest, what's the point of neons? To look flashy. Adds some spice in the mix.

Since most folks are gonna come back asking what wheels work well on multiple cars, gonna add my 2c for what I've tested/found:
Whee:l -- Car(s): >Rays NTLs -- RX-8, Evo9, Z33 >Rays TE37 -- Evo8, Evo9 >Rays 57Accelerate -- RX-8, Evo9, Z33 >Watanabe Cyclone -- Evo9, Z33
Minimal overslide risk; IMHO, the TE37s are a tad more grippier than the rest, and the Cyclones just the opposite.
