Hmm... Well does anyone know if the tier list is changing? I've been hearing all sorts of rumors about car stats changing, such as Evo9>Evo8. If that's true, then I'd better start on making an Evo9. Geez... I'm a Subaru fan and I'm relying on Evo's... Stupid TA's. I hope GRD pwns in this game.

You guys were right earlier on about the retro ugly new tacho. I can't believe i beat Akio last stage by 2m with 800hp just for this low appeal meter. Namco better have a good reason for this. Here's proof of mine:

But the tacho does have the annoying flash light, just not large as the better original namco one.

The local arcade just received their upgrades and I just got my Z32 to 825hp...
 Other than slightly shinier cars and better looking tarmac I can't say there's anything else different with the game... Nagoya isn't as easy as it looks and most probably ppl will get their cards shaded there (I didn't ) so watch out for Nagoya...NPCs aren't as difficult as speculated but they are definitely faster than regular MT3... And ghost NPCs are heaps faster... Some new BGMs and ace music during course selection...  |

storymode isn't THAT hard.
as long as your machine doesnt crap out on you - as it did to me - you'll unshaded easy |

yea, nothing really new about gameplay and all.
you still feel like you're playing the old mt3, with some tiny adjustments arcades are getting packed suddenly. i better 825 my car before i head back to sg. and whoever said the gdbf looked better, i would say nah. it still looks mediocre yea the "cpu as hard as mt2" was an exageration. |

CPU isn't that hard.
just that the blackbird and devil z can keep up with you without too much problem, but they slow down anyway the rest of the AI's i beat by over 100m easy.... until my machine lagged T_T |

Which stage (story) did the machine lag on you? May I also ask where the machine you played was (location)? Does that mean you got shaded? The tacho is so stupid anyway, no point in wasting money for it. That is all you get for completing all 100 stages unshaded and nothing more. Don't worry about it. You're a pro already. |

not like i was gonna use the tacho. just that loosing when i shd have won (and gone unshaded... and had the OPTION to choose the tacho) is irritating.. chapter 790, ie: chapter 90. Galactic Circus... machine 1 lags like F**K. some girl who played after me lagged on story twice as well and lost. 3kms left and suddenly i'm teleported 100m back zzzzz |
