All I know about it, is that it patches the discard glitch. Couldn't you just ask this in the DX FAQ?

Coz we always communicate with the boss and many ppl come to play in that arcade coz of us hahaha, so they r nice to us. We finally fixed all the steerings and can now also rent machine for $30/hour as well |

That's not the biggest thing but I believe a very small amount of people also knows how to DUPE IN DX. Probably not the first people to find out but there isn't a lot of people who know how to do it.
