Tsel has poor coverage areas depending on whether the zone has connectivity or not. I use Tsel and I can understand the kind of pains a Tsel user has to endure. Low coverage spots like Senayan City can put a headache on anyone who needs contact with someone.
Some areas are not covered like Jl. Tikus, but are best left for low-cost options. |

Among other providers, Tsel has better coverage though. I remember back when I was using Indosat, everytime I went into concrete building in ITB, suddenly I lost the signal. The same applies for XL, but Tsel is not. It's just sometimes the signal gets very annoying, and that's all. Weird though, I got a H+ signal in Senayan City and never lost any signal.
