Initial D 6AA Tournament!!

Time and Date: Saturday Sept. 22, 2012 @2:30pm

Registration Time and Entry Fees: 12:30pm-2pm $8 registration $5 entry

Location: Milpitas Golfland 1199 Jacklin Rd, Milpitas CA 95035

Prizes Breakdown: 1st Place 70% of pot*
2nd Place 20% of pot
3rd Place 10% of pot
*all $$ from entry not registration goes into the pot

RULES: All maps in game are available for play, all maps will be chosen at random via computer selection. Matches are best 2 of 3 races with bracket finals and grand finals being best 3 of 5 and the tournament brackets will be double elimination meaning you must lose a total of 4 races to be eliminated. Only cards with full tuned cars will be able to be chosen and you may only use 1 car for the entire tourney. If you don’t have a full tuned car, don’t worry as we the tourney organizers will provide a loaner car for the tourney. The cars available are as follows: AE86 Trueno(race engine or supercharger available), AE86 Levin(turbo or supercharger available), AE85 Levin, GC8 Impreza, RX7 Type R, RX8.

Headed to SVGL in an hour to meet up with Aeon if anybody would care to join us. He leaves to So-Cal soon, so last real chance to get some races in.

first off your off subject this fourm is wangan second there is random on the game why does a comptuer decided where to race if your good then it doesnt matter unless you trying to rig the tournament so you can win and third why get the hype up when you put everyone down i know you very well and dont tell me i dont i seen what you done and the way how you talk to people

Also, where does the money from registration go to, if not the pot?

it $8 dollar reg now and that registration fee is the mgl venue, sorta like an arcade mania charge.

um, i merely posted here to get hype and get the info out as a lot of mt players play id as well. for the part about computer deciding the maps, we are using the same tournament bracket program as the last tourney thrown in 2010 and all the maps are input into that program and randomized there so, wet & dry, uphill & downhill, etc so FYI, no it is not rigged. if you feel its gonna be rigged, thats your opinion, you dont have to go.

okay so i guess i will be coming out my hiatus soon, i plan to head out there within 3 weeks cause im super stacked with job training and other personal stuff. anyways if i do come out hope to see some at you guys at mgl or svgl wherever i might end up going to.

how is everyone doing these days. being its around the holiday season who will be attending any of the gls anytime soon? looking to come out for a few battles, prac sessions and catching up with mates.

School and work, which I guess is what almost everyone is busy with lately. I'm down to battle anytime really, hopefully not at MGL though since the machines there aren't great. SVGL anyone?

coming out this thursday since i have nuthing else to do after. trying to have a bit of fun before refitting panels, brake set swapping and motor work. sc2 is gettin serious again with HotS right around the corner.

should i start practicing for WMMT4? i haven't been to MGL for over a year. are the machines still in somewhat working order?

MT4 in NA hasn't even been mentioned.

physics have changed ever so slightly but if u want to renew lines then practice away.

mgl machines are in decent condition for 2 machines. not sure about 1 of them and 1 is still busted completely.
