Does mileage transfer over from 3DX+ to 4? Also, can you transfer car data from one Bana passport to another (Ex: Trading a car with someone)? Also, at the bottom of this website: http://wanganmaxi-official.com/wanganmaxi4...d/succeed02.phpit says that you can use your phone in place of the Bana passport. How does that work? Can you transfer car data between your phone and the Bana passport? Can you share car data between the phone and Bana passport? If so, could you back up your Bana passport data on your phone? You can use your mobile phone (mobile wallet compatible models), and use a mobile phone instead Bana passport card.
Basically how this works is via NFC(Near-Field Communication) in select mobile phones. (Not sure if it will work globally) You may wish to Google for more details about NFC.
From what I think, it will work something like Google Wallet.
So using the access code found on your Banapassport, I suppose you somehow login to your Namco account and link your phone with your card.
That way, when you tap your phone, the machine will read the Access Code stored on your phone and check with their servers for your card data.

QUOTE (biancsFTW @ 12 minutes, 40 seconds ago) | Dumb questions: -So if I transfer my 820 card to the terminal, can I still rename my card in the terminal, or should I rename it at the cabinet? I also heard of this "importing data", where I can buy online car data. Can I get any 830hp car? -(very dumb)Is there only one Wmmt4 terminal? -For those who know the yen to peso conversion, how much is one game? -So the banapassport is like a "100-in-1" card? I really want to know more about the card system. Answers will be highly appreciated |
1. You get to rename all cards transferred to your Banapassport. However, you MUST rename at the terminal because only the terminal allows you to transfer your card data. Do note that only 3DX+ cards are accepted.
2. I've only heard about importing data where if you lost your card, you will be able to transfer all your card data (cars) to a new card via your online Banapassport account and the Access Code of your new Banapassport. As for buying 830hp cars, I doubt that is possible because your old Banapassport will become unusable/all data deleted once you transfer your data to a new one. This is to prevent cloning.
3. There are 2 options for arcades at the moment. 2 Machines + 1 Terminal OR 4 Machines + 1 Terminal. The number of terminals at an arcade really depends on how many of each combination they want to bring in. Also, the arcades may transfer the terminals to other arcades at their own discretion, so some outlets(owned by the same company) may have 4 terminals while others only have 1. Ultimately, it's up to the arcades. Although the most likely scenario would be 1 outlet will have 1 terminal.
4. Conversion rates doesn't make a real difference. It's still up to your own arcade to price it whatever they want. Expect the cost of 1 game to be double that of what you are paying now for 3DX+.
A better example would be when DX+ was first released, what was the price increase you had to pay at your local arcade as compared to what you used to pay for DX.
5. 100 cars will be stored in the card. However, at the game machine, only the first 5 cars will be made available for you to select. So always remember to go to the Terminal and choose which 5 cars you are most likely to use and put them in front. I believe that option will be available under the "Garage" option of the terminal for you to manage your cars.
Hope I helped.
