Summary

What to do before transferring to MT4

- Register with Banana Passport

- After Registration, go to your nearest amusement park and buy the Passport

- Register your passport FIRST, DO NOT transfer your cars unless you are f**king sure

- DO NOT LOCK your passport, LOCKED passport cannot be retrieved ...

- Transferring cars

<You CAN>
- Change the parts, aero kits and the yada yada
- Remember to change the cars to MANUAL (if you are using it), default is AUTO

<You CANNOT>
- change color of the car ..

heard that theres gonna be a patch to the game and its gonna be like ver.b, but then again few will actually remember it since its like 7-8yrs ago stuff. One thing for sure is older play style that incorporates more on lining and handling benefits best compared to ex-current brake slam/ram style they will suffer so rejoice

On another note, was playing abit of tekken alone against cpu when i was reminded of the more than a decade long of mvc2.

It's a feature on the online Namco account where you can lock the card to prevent others from using it if you lost it.

So the story, rank, coins and stars will be transferred smoothly without any changes to it from wmmt 3dx+ to 4? All these wont change to default state?

Can unlock it again if we transfer the lost card data to another new passport card?

Story chapter will change accordingly but consecutive wins will carry over.

I'm not sure if it can be unlocked.

Why would you want to unlock it if it's lost?

You can migrate data to another card without locking the original one though.

Well, you need to do some math to determine where you start in WMMT4. First, round up the nearest 100 from your WMMT3DX+ story count from your 3DX+ card(if your story count can be multiplied into integer then add 100 of the current WMMT3DX+ story progress). then take the new value and multiply with 0.6 then minus 6.
Here are some examples:

Case 1: If your WMMT3DX+ progress is 5356 episodes:
Round up from 5356=>5400
5400*0.6=3240
3240-6=3234
That's means you'll start from Episode 3234

Case 2: If your WMMT3DX+ progress is 4300 episodes:
Add 100 from your WMMT3DX+ progress: 4300+100=4400
4400*0.6=2640
2640-6=2634
That's mean you'll start from Episode 2634

The exceptions are:

1. if your WMMT3DX+ card is MAX 820 HP/STEP 33:
You'll start at Episode 55 in WMMT4.

2. If your WMMT3DX+ card is 800/810/815 HP/STEP 30-32:
You'll start at Episode 51

3. If your WMMT3DX+ card is 780HP or lower:
You'll start with the current horsepower.

Got one question in mind about those region thingy

Let's say, if I buy a banapassport and transfer my cars in Singapore. My region on the banapassport data should be Singapore right?

Then, if I continue playing in Indonesia, will my region changed to Indonesia or still Singapore?

It will remain as Singapore.

if i transfer a 820hp into mt4. how many stages do i need to play to become 830hp

based on the list above your post, sir Aldrich, it's around 5 stages.
Same goes with those with 825. We'll all be nerfed for 5 stages only

Most likely at the counter where we at.... and probably higher than the standard bana-pass card (hopefully it should go higher than 100-150 pesos at least to a normal card)

is the Wangan terminal original? i have the feeling that filipinos is notorious for using a mock-up terminal like Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (either beoing cheap or ingenius)

HERP. I hope it's just an extra P50-ish or so. I'd ask later. What time does G4 open anyway? 9 am? planning to go for "work-related-reasons" haha.

And if this keeps up; the only thing I'd do is promote tuning replications for MT4 since specific DU tuning is unsellable for MT4 now XD

best bet is 10am, don't bother going at 9am and waiting sucks

PH malls like SM and Robinsons and usually at 10am and they let the shoppers in at somehwere after 10:05am (and yeah with the daily opening rituals like Nat'l Anthem with a opening prayer), before i used to join in the waiting crowd at 9:50am to wait at the opening on SM san lazaro and RP ermita (and yes it was WMMT concern)
