You can not change the color of car by using Wangan Terminal.

Only times you can change the color of car are;
- When you reach next Dress-up level after FDU
- When you receive new inspection color (after 60 games)

Keep in mind that only colors those you can use are your car's original body color and inspection colors that you have unlocked.

@P.K.813, if say we're still not in v1.05, unlike there in Japan, upon FDU @ lv. 83, can we still change our color after every DU level up or after each 60 plays? Or do we have to wait for v1.05 before this takes effect?

Is there a Porsche 911?

under RUF... at RUF line they are rebadged 911 series except RK coupe

for example the CTR-Yellowbird and Blackbird is a 964 Porsche 911

while the RGT probably the 996 or 997 Porsche 911

thus I smell a loophole on licensing issues like the case of Gran Turismo series

Hello guys I'm little confused. If I have a banapassport and would like to create a new car, how do I go about doing it? Do I need to buy another banapassport or can I just use my existing one?

you dont need to buy a new passport. you can use your current one. after entering the game and scanning your passport, you will see the cars you have as well as on the most left, register a new car. thats all you need to do!

as sir s3nt0sa said you can still use your current card....

after loading your bana-pass card to the reader and loads your current car list go to the leftmost option [Create New Car] / [Use Discard card]

and to gain your Discard Car is to let someone who has a discard card after playing a 60th game and it is seen on your Car Data on the lowest part with 5 card slot, Gold color represent that you have one

the only to gain a discard card is from a friend who has one and send it to you... and you cannot use your own discard card =/

Thank you so much guys for teaching me... I wanna try out a new car namely a new car. I was thinking between the corvette, crown athlete or the rgt... Any of you knows which among these three is better?

actually it depends on your driving style either you're good at technical or Straight courses

RGT seemed an acceleration class car and so does Corvette ZR1.... the Crown seemed too heavy and looks good on technical courses and withstand punishements


I suggest that get a buddy who has a discard and trade with your bud... that way you save 20 stages and starts at 600hp or 10:10 step 20 then get the one of your 3 car choices

You can choose up to 5 main cars to choose from your 100 slots at the terminal. Only 5 can be shown at the wanganmaxi site and selection screen on the gameplay machine.. until you go to the thing terminal.

Currently have 3/100 cars in my banapassport

Get dress up parts by playing Online Ghost Battles...the neon lights is obtained under this mode...

I assume that you transferred your car from WMMT3DX+ into WMMT4, so you should already have an aura on your car since your mileage is 10k (auras are obtained at 5k mileage minimum...you'll begin with a white aura if your car were to be transferred from WMMT3DX+)...the colour changes depending on your driving style (mainly based on Outrun Battles...you can always check on the Wangan Terminal...there is a specific page whereby there's a colour chart which indicates so...)

Hello guys if I have played only 1 story in 3dx+ and I transfer to maximum tune 4... Does it mean that I only have 59 stories left to clear? Cause there are 60 stories in maximum tune 4?

I would think so - yes

Do I get my renewal color at the cabinet or at the Wangan terminal itself?

Cabinet.

You'll get it as soon as you select not to continue after 60 games.

If you select Yes, your game will still carry on, just that you'll only get your colour when you stop continuing.

To some people asking if the old codes from WMMT3 from WMMT4 still works

for now it might work I only tested GT-R specV code in faster succession

hi everyone can i ask about the tuning up system in maximum tune 4? If for example I have played 20 stories in 3dx+ and transfer to maximum tune 4. How many stories must I play in order to reach the maximum 830hp?

Back to answering my own question in case anyone is gonna bring it up again

1. not sure until I try it on the Japanese machine again, but because I already registered my banapassport on my Int. account, I cannot register it again on my Japanese account, so I have no way of telling whether my 500hp ZR1 is still there or not...either way, I can't view my Japanese data online

2. Nope, the card reads a new player if you only had JP data and scan the Int ver. for the first time (I bet vice versa as well)

3. You don't have to pay to transfer 3dx+ cars at the terminal nor do you have to pay to add a new car to your garage at the MT4 machines
