server screwup? and i'm not buying that C8 going 1st on wangan.... C4 if done fully at WMMT4, if 820hp and updated to WMMT4 from 3dx the lowest rank would be at C2, if 825hp the lowest would be at C1 and updated to WMMT4

The older times were already around since last year... highly doubt it's got something to do with a bug.

So I guess the Japanese players have an expalining to do.

Jap machines are faster, they can set record times even at supposedly 800HP max

No. As in the 'Banapassport Website'. After you register your card there it gives an option to 'Migrate Data'

"Migrate Data" as in the sense that you can transfer your current card data to another unused bana pass card

for example you lost your current card, you could use that option if you cannot retrieve that card anymore to "Migrate" it to another new bana-pass card

from what I heard that you should'nt register the new card yet to "migrate" it successfully, otherwise check the Bana-Passport FAQ thread for full explaination and details

NOTE: make sure that no one uses your Bana-passport account other than you, and the lowers your chances that your card or cards to be stolen away from thieves, because migrating data can be a double edged sword...

Lowest is C5. 830hp can be obtained at story 59.

Maybe they simply re ran the same story chapter over and over? Although if I remember correctly there should be a limit to how much hp you can get when re playing old chapters.

You shouldn't even be able to get any increase in the HP upgrade bar by replaying the old chapters. You get half the supposed reward by losing, but repeating a chapter doesn't give you any at all iirc.

On MT 3 I tried replaying a story chapter and I earned half tune up points.

But that's not the main point. Main point is, how did the Jap players even get 830hp at C8 rank. Maybe a discarded card bug?

or to me, someone hacked his card

or found something that can reach 830hp by losing thus retaining the rank =/

still it's a bug most likely since jap systems are bound to have certain bug popping out whenever a release version is coming out, judging from the last pic from rotary tuner, the problem is how they managed to get 800hp++ at c8 rank =/

not sure if it is something relating to server: if somebody stop his game from saving, maybe during the time of confirming ranking up, he cuts off the connecting, and it will be like, you progress to the next cycle, but nothing to do with the rank

So of you migrate a banapassport card data to another card, must both the cards used in the process be registered on the banapassport website?

And if you register a banapassport on the website. Can you still add new cars to it afterwards?

But take note, if you want to migrate data, the card that you want to migrate to MUST NOT be registered to any account.

And yes, you can always add new cars to the banapassport as long as it doesn't reach the 100 car limit.

Can the same banapassport be used in 2 games at the same time?

Whats the fastest way to max out yr car??
1) Upgrade in 3DX+ to 800 then transfer to MMT4 then max out
2) Upgrade in 3DX+ to 810 then transfer to MMT4 then max out
3) Upgrade in 3DX+ to 815 then transfer to MMT4 then max out
4) Upgrade in 3DX+ to 820 then transfer to MMT4 then max out
5) Upgrade in 3DX+ t0 825 then transfer to MMT4 then max out

no and no to the first two questions. if you try and use it on another machine it'll just say its locked.

and as for the next part, i think tune to story 40 on dx+ and then transfer to mt4 for the rest (that's what i've heard, personally my cars have been 825 when transferring or new for mt4)

How much power would you have at Story 40? 800?

I think.. around 700 for 40, 815 HP for 80 or so.

Umm.. this is only for MT4.. not 3DX+..
