question please... i'm just want to ask question... if i'm transfer card from 3dx+ to 4 in some place and then i'm play in the different place but in different region or country... e.g I transfer in malaysia but i'm play in the indonesia... my question is: can the banapassport and the other data inside can be play in different country?

it's fine, it's international. if you transfer your card to Malalysia Machines, and this card is stuck "Malaysia" region forever, can't change it. so should be work if you play any countries not japan.

you can play your card in countries with MT4....

oh... that means, even if i play in indonesia the region display in the cabinet is still in malaysia but i can use my card data that i transfer there? thx before...

Yup...the name plate of your cars will show 'MYS' to indicate that your cars was registered in Malaysia...

But you can use your Banapass to play WMMT4 anywhere within the international region (check the time attack rankings in the official website...they show the countries which has WMMT4)...with the exception of Japan like Hero says...they have their own stand-alone Japanese version...

in other words, the region displayed in the game is based on the region you registered your banapassort to the server....

so that was it... ok... thank you very much... now i can transfer ALL my dx+ card to mt4... thx again...

oh yeah, today i visit the original website and in that site is srite this :
"Data transferred from a Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX Plus tuning card to a Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 4 card may only be used in certain countries/regions in some cases. To avoid complications, please make sure to transfer your Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX Plus tuning card data in the same country/region in which you originally created the data.
Please note that in some instances transferred data may be rendered unusable."

It means that there will be problems when you register a 3DX+ car to your MT4 card that belongs in another country.

Like when you transfer a 3DX+ card when you are in PHL and your Banapass is registered in HK. There will be problem when you do this.

oh. that means if i register banapass in malaysia then my card have to transfer from dx+ to wmmt4 in malaysia too... and that means if i want to make a new car in indonesia then i have to buy a new banapass again... right that? sorry if i make a really annoying question...

It doesnt matter where you register your banapass... you can have a car registered in AUS and play in SGP or PHL or wherever you want, its all on the same international servers.

I run several car with different registration - and the intention is to get one registered from every area.

so yes, ignore that guy, just transfer wherever you want.

That line is more as a disclaimer in case something goes wrong. Or you try to use the card in Japan.

International is International, they're not gonna stop someone from travelling.

There won't be any cheat codes for the car as of yet as the patch containing it has not been released internationally yet.

Out of curiosity,may i knw why is evo so commonly used?i mean nearly every arcade i go all i see are evos and theres like tons of cars to choose frm but why evo???

Basically the Evos seen in WMMT4 are transferred from 3...so yeah

becoz evo 8 and 9 is easy to use, especialy evo 9, with the RPM meter rarely drops even after a tight corner at hakone, easy to turn easy to handle, everything is jus easy, that's why rename kids choose to believe in notting but evo 8 and evo 9

So to my understanding the 180sx in 3DX+ was type II aka had a black bumper line on the side of the car. However in WMMT4 the 180sx offered is type III aka no black line and clean sides. Question if I transfer a 180sx type II from 3DX+ to 4 does the rubber molding on the sides go away? AKA only renders type III style?

Name stickers? You mean Team stickers...no?

Easy: Just join a team (create one if you like...or join any existing made at your nearby WMMT4 Terminal or input any team name you know)...once your membership is approved you can flaunt off the team sticker on your car's windscreens (front and back) by selecting the Affix option @ the Terminal (tab no.8)...
