Does anyone know suggested HP for each stage?

Here:

C1: 700/B, 720/B
New Belt Line: 700/B, 720/B, 740/B, 760/D
Wangan: freshly 830/DG
Yokohane: 800/DG, 830/DG
Yaesu: 700/B
Minato Mirai: 800/DG, 830/DG (if you can)
Nagoya: 800/DG or 780/D
Osaka: 760/D
Fukuoka: 720/B, 740/B
Hakone; 760/D, 740/B, 720/B
Mt Taikan: 720/B (Downhill), 740/B, 760/D (Uphill)

I didn't include Kobe and Subcenters because you guys will have MT5 International style US/Can server. And those courses aren't available there.

here's what i usually use
C1: 720 inward 700 outer
NBL: 830 CW 760/740 CCW
wangan: do u even need to ask
Yokohane: 830 up/down
Yaesu : 720 / 700 (700 feels too slow for me, but u can use it as well)
Yokohama: 830 (800 if it happens to loop around, commonly found in inward ones)
Osaka: 760/780
Fukuoka: 720/740/760
Hakone: 760/740
Mt Taikan: downhill 720 uphill 720/740

830: wangan both ways, yokohane both ways, nbl cw

some cars are not in the NA version of MT5.. for example.. aristo, celsior are not in the select screen..

Is that so?
It'd be inconsistent, because what is Gatchan and his wife supposed to drive in that one chapter then?
Not to mention they were present in the American versions of the game before...

I'll tell you why they aren't in the game.
Toyota wanted to use the american names which wouldn't need to be done by mentioning the car's names were based on the Japanese names. But wait, there's more! In addition to that, they wanted to use the most recent models instead of the models that were originally used in the previous North American releases. It makes no sense, and Toyota needs to see the error of their logic.

I kinda imagine when gatchan and his wife popping out Chasers... and when 5DX comes out with Mark II update... then 2 JZX100's

And wouldn't it be much easier for Namco to just relabel them the GS430 and LS400. Why would Toyota demand they use the newest gen GS and LS lmao that's nonsense. Probably just Namco too lazy to rename the cars.

correction on Aristo's JZS161 it should be GS300 since it uses 2JZ-GTE on a matic (which is a 3 liter engine)

The information was given to the ambassadors of the WMMTNAC via one of the contacts at Bandai Namco. Someone in the ambassadors group got that information, and passed it to us. I'd figure I'd wait until the game was released to drop the reasoning.

They wouldn't even need to re-label the cars. All they'd have to do is this.
P.S The text says "The car name is based on the name when released in Japan." Same thing applies to the Celsior.

Also, I'll tell you why they wanted them to use the newest GS and LS. It was something along the lines of not wanting to advertise older models that couldn't be bought new. That's ridiculous because that's pretty much disowning your previous models, especially considering they were in the previous North American releases. Hell, if we were going by that logic, a lot of old cars wouldn't be in game.

So basically, Namco is not "too lazy to rename the cars". The demands set by Toyota would probably cost a lot of money which Namco wasn't willing to pay for.

It's also one of the reasons why the release got delayed, due to negotiations with Toyota. In the end, if they did go with the decision to make recent models, the game would've been pushed back even longer.

The name change thing can be done if Toyota can bother to allow such a thing

lexus is big in the US because of first lexus cars LS/celsior are extreme overbuild for the price they are selling, 20+ years old LS400 with 270k+ miles can be sold $8000+ in two days because people know it will keep going as long as you like. toyota/lexus NA should be proud to have this car in the game instead of getting rid of it
