i had an EVOVII in ID V2-3 and loved the styling. i can settle for the EVOIII in MT series but the 7 is preferable. they'll probably hold a few more surveys so there's still hope.

I have a Silver Evo VII as well in ID zero, just created today.
And actually I like the styling of the CT9A series.

I like Evo 9 the most...but always wish to have a Yellow Evo 7.

And given the high ranking of Evo VII in the survey (3rd overall, was first before last day....geez~!!)

I hope BN will consider adding E7 and the GRX133 Mark X to the game too.
Preferably I want a VAB Facelift WRX STi....hahaha

the CT9A series styling really is rather nice. i prefer the 7 more than 9 as the tiny fog lights of the 9 do disrupt front styling a bit. the front of the 7 looks just a tad bit micer with out the extra lights.

i sure do hope BN will give it a 2nd chance given it ranked high. if we're REALLY lucky they might just add the 3rd placer runner up from that poll to the game, though that might be me dreaming a bit too much. though that will create a civil war on one of my MT5 cards when/if MT6 comes in with E7 locally. i do have a mica blue WRX STI on my 2nd local card. i created a 3rd card 2 days ago just to put 2 FT cars and update to MT6 when i go for next trip.

worst case is that if they dont get around to putting E7 into MT6, i'll make a E7 in ID0 next time i go to Japan and settle for that. sadly we only got up to ID/AS4 in Canada and that was nearly 50 years ago when they got rid of it???

There was a vote for 2 cars to include in MT6, out of like 20+ cars it became a 3 way fight between the KPGC110, S14 and the Evo 7 but the Evo 7 lost out

yeah i was rather aware of that, its a shame the evo 7 got 3rd place. im hoping against hope it can still make the roster for MT6 as i would definitely get one should it join the roster.

I initially like the front of the Evo9 dated back I created my first car in MT3 (corrected), a Silver E9 originally with the vortex generator on the roof...hahaha

I always admired the E6, but I fell for the E7 when it debuted.
Especially in that shade of Yellow...

I do like the Impreza / WRX line....especially the GDB-C and GVB....

An I think what the vote campaign result would be realized in the next MT game...

Though the voting campaign include JDMs...I do hope they could add some more models for the lineup....

say a few from those 'foreign' brands, all from my wildest guesses

BMW : E30 M3

MB: AMG GT C190, C107 450SLC

Dodge: Dart, Charger (the 2015 facelifted one), Challenger (any is ok)

Audi: S1 sportback, S6 Sedan

yeah, though that doesnt help me as its just a full 5 province in the east direction from where i live. the ID series really hasnt made much landfall in Canada since AS4 though some places still hang onto the previous versions. its still few and far between for ID0.

i have a MT6 related question about the game play. when i went to Japan (round 1 Odaiba city), i played some games with guest car VS FT cars that some Japanese players had. i went in with a stock guest r33 vs their normal FT HP settings. i didnt really crash during the races but i always kept within 200m of them. they did crash a bit to get a smaller gap between me but that not the point. did they change the distance disadvantage in VS battles vs FT and guest cars? i hardly use a guest car in ENG MT5 vs a FT car so im not sure if the disadvantage is equal or not in MT5 and MT6.

As far as I can see here in my place, some guests can go as far as 300m+. It really depends on the player I think. Maybe you just had a casual player with a FT car. They're lucky you weren't able to use your car biggrin.gif

thank you for the reply, they seemed like good players, regardless i can put up a decent fight at times but im still inconsistent. i didnt see them perform perfectly for a good length of time as it was close to 5pm and i went to see the white god ie Unicorn Gundam transform. by the time i got back there they had left somewhere else.

in the end they were either impressed/surprised?? i kept up to that extent or still had the guts to challenge 3 FT cars 3 games in a row. i thought they were guest cars but then saw +700hp at the vehicle showdown. i wanted to try the newer areas and didnt much care if i lost. 2 even switched to guest cars on the third race and it was a nice clean race with minor pushing to keep both cars from crashing in tighter areas. i didnt know if i was expecting a smashing/crashing battle but it was a nice clean race.

im still torn on what card to make next time i visit ie MT6 JPN R33 or ID0 (or next version) EVO7. its a bit hard to tell how they saw my 3 races but im sure i got a few respect points from the 3 races. i found those races fun and enjoyed them. i liked the ID0 also but hardly had any decent challenger to my rusty average skills. if i had a decent player to vs id have had more fun but it felt more like story grinding.

You should get a Japan Banapassport just in case you come back here. Anyway, players here always do clean races. They don't like smashing battles that much. When you do, you'll just feel awkward because you're the only one who's gonna play dirty. I really wanted to try tuning an R33 sometime soon. I'm currently tuning an FD at the moment and planning to tune an R33 or Evo 9 next.

Racing clean is my style with minor pushing in tight corners with traffic so neither car hits traffic. Racing with JCESE.... I take my line the best as possible and see how other lighter cars affect my lines. It's a bit more dirty in the sense that the players need to push me around to have a nice margin. I'm just trying to maintain my lines and if their lines are better then they get ahead of me. I still play clean enough to avoid smashing them.

How many races is it to hit FT in MT6 Or at least 830? Its more of a time constraint thing to get 2 game cards started but with any luck further trips to Japan wont be limited to 2019 or 2020. Getting one to 600 is viable on 1 trip but maybe not any higher with ID0 card.

I had a small bad tactic yesterday vs 1 local mt5 racer but that's not the norm.

It's fun racing clean. Minor pushings, yeah. Just trying to protect the lines and using other cars as cushion to prevent your car from crashing is what i always do.

830HP is still at episode 59, and 840 at episode 79. And it's fun at WMMT6 where you can get FREE discarded tickets and fully tuned car tickets upon using the Wangan Navi and visiting the Terminal for the daily Scratch-off feature. The FT car ticket starts at episode 80 @840HP that's why I'm visiting the terminal as often as I can.

When you come back here in Japan, try to download the japanese version of Wangan Navi App to check terminals nearby. So you can manage your time checking in on game centers that aren't crowded. It's a bit difficult to tune cars here if it's crowded because you can only play one turn at a time. I mean, after one race you have to let others play first then wait for your turn. I usually check out nearby game centers first before going.

Anyway, I just played a while ago and I'm currently at episode 41 with my FD. 39 episodes more to hit 840HP. I'm kinda enjoying it smile.gif

Thank you for the reply, i'll try to hit 600 to mid 700hp. Mostly due to how long it takes ie 2 to 4 hrs at an arcade is my usual but 5 to 6 I get a bit antsy. I do hope to get a ID0 car to half tune sometime during the trip. Theses discard/ft tickets, are they a quick fill up to take your current 300hp stock car and let you skip the traditional story mode or would you need to start a new car on the card?

I don't think tuning the cars won't be much of an issue turn-wise. It really depends on which of the 9000 arcade locations you chose to visit that day. Out of the 7 is saw thru the trip during the afternoon hours only 2 were busy. Even playing MT5 locally is hard at times to get story mode in. Sometimes it's empty others there are fun races bc l9cals are there.

I don't think the MT6 app will help me out at all, i dont be bringing an active cellphone. I have 2 cellphones, the old one and current one both of them being flip phones... I prefer the simple "dumb" phones, less of a distraction the than the latest tech phone.

The discard and ft tickets are not that easy to get BUT it is possible to get one in 10 days if you will use the Wangan Navi App. All you need to do is visit the nearest game center and hit the check-in tab to easily get 100 miles. You need to complete 1,000 miles to get a ticket, though it's random, the ft ticket is much frequent upon the first completion. The Scratch-off feature will take a long time, it took a friend of mine about a month to get a FT ticket by visiting the terminal everyday.

Thank you for the reply. Given those odds it best to start the desired car then pray I hit some good luck. I doubt I cant FT 2 arcade games cars in one trip but getting close to half of either will suffice.

No problem, but my advice is to pick your second top choice of car as a starter on a Banapassport card then save the ft ticket for your top choice so you can use the ft ticket to instantly max out your main car smile.gif

Knowing myself, i will use a 2nd car if possible. The 33 is main but I have several FT cars in MT5, 6 ft cars if I'm correct. It's a hard choice for secondary car given the cars I currently have.some are for appearance or handling others are harder to control.
