Welcome to the WMMT3 Dress-up Thread
Here, you'll find a complete list of dress-up parts which you can obtain per level. The maximum level is 46, where you can no longer obtain anymore dress-up parts. Any level ups surpass that, gives you the option of changing parts or removing them.

Yellow- 1 win to level [Lv. 1 -10]= 10 races
Orange- 2 wins to level [Lv. 11-20]= 18 races
Orange- 3 wins to level [Lv. 21-30]= 27 races
Red- 5 wins to level [Lv. 31-46]= 75 races / 4 wins to level if you choose to defeat ghost crowns [Lvl. 31-46]= 64 races

Dressing-up for dummies: ( fastest way to dress up in MT3 )
Ghost battle> Lv.10 Super Hard> Select map> Pick any of the last 4-5 (doesn't display all ten) ghosts that are ranked C1 on the far right. ( ex: Taro, Ben, mix etc ) These are computers, not human-computers, which are really easy to beat and gives the highest rate of points on the chart (1.5x). You can also figure out which one is a computer-ghost by looking at the last time it logged in. By default, the last log in of the year should be 2007, which is when Maximum Tune 3 was released.

3. EAGLE - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR GSR [CT9A]

5. mix - Toyota Aristo V300 [JZS161] (not the taxi version)
6. Randy - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V RS [CP9A]
7. rei - Mazdaspeed6 [GG3P]
8. TARO - Nissan 180sx [RPS13]
9. Yuki - Subaru Impreza WRX STi [GDB-F]
10. ZZZZZ - Nissan Fairlady Z [S30]

*On a daily basis, the available computer ghosts change along with their starting ramps. In an average arcade with a decent amount of level 10 ghosts, only 4-5 computer ghosts will be available for you to choose from on the far right. However, in an arcade with little to no level 10 ghosts, ALL 10 computer ghosts will be available for you to choose from. This change occurs once day.
If the computer ghost is not listed on today's ghost list, you CAN NOT card-name search for it. It will not appear.

In WMMT3DX, Namco has removed the Lv. 10 computer ghosts and replaced them with ghost crowns. Therefore there are no longer Lv. 10 computer ghosts to defeat for an easy level up. Optionally, you can defeat the ghost crowns and still receive the same amount of dress-up points issued in WMMT3 as a Lv. 10 computer ghost. However, it will be more complicated..

The new maximum level is now 63, where you can no longer obtain anymore dress-up parts. Any level ups surpass that, gives you the option of changing parts or removing them.

Note that you only need 1 Works decal for Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota; for Mitsubishi, gotta grab every single car - reason is the Works decal differs from car-to-car.

You forgot about the Fairlady Z in Nissan =P It's different from the skylines

lol. I thought I had already stickied this. Thanks AC anyway. For the Manufacturer decals I'd go to the signature tutourial thread because there's a bunch of guys more than willing to photoshop something nice and neat for you guys.

I wish they have red neon.

I'll take a picture of my EVO III with the Ralliart sticker when I get there. Not sure how long that'll take though, as it's at Dressup Level 0, hahahaha. And no promises I won't forget either, hahahaha.
